How do I connect the Niceboy OFFICE M10 mouse to my computer?

Insert the 2.4 GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer. Then open the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse, insert the included AA battery, and slide the On/Off switch to the ON position. The mouse should be automatically recognized.

How can I change the DPI settings?

Press the DPI button located on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the three preset DPI modes: 800, 1200, and 1600. There is no on-screen indication, but each press changes the sensitivity.

What should I do if the mouse is not detected by my computer?

Ensure the mouse is turned on (switch in ON position) and the USB dongle is securely connected. Try a different USB port. If the issue persists, update your USB drivers from your computer manufacturer's website. The mouse works with Windows and Mac without additional software.

CONNECTION

Open the bottom of the mouse and insert 1x AA battery. The battery storage also has a 2.4 GHz dongle, remove it and connect it to the USB port of your computer. To turn on the mouse, use the On/off switch on the bottom of the mouse. The button must be in the ON position to turn on. If the mouse is not recognized, check that the USB driver on your computer is up-to-date (check with your PC / notebook manufacturer).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The device requires minimal maintenance, but we recommend that you perform the following tasks once a month:
