How do I pair the Lamax HighComfort ANC with my phone?

Turn on the speaker by pressing the power button. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select "Lamax HighComfort ANC" from the list. If prompted, confirm pairing. The speaker will emit a confirmation tone.

How do I activate Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)?

Press the ANC button on the top panel once. A green LED will indicate ANC is active. Press again to deactivate.

How long does the battery last?

With ANC off, you can enjoy up to 20 hours of playback. With ANC on, battery life is up to 12 hours at moderate volume.

Can I use the speaker while charging?

Yes, the Lamax HighComfort ANC supports pass-through playback. Connect the USB-C cable and continue using the speaker normally.

Is the speaker water-resistant?

Yes, it has an IPX5 rating, meaning it can withstand splashes of water from any direction. However, do not submerge or expose to heavy rain.

How do I reset the speaker to factory settings?

Press and hold the power button and the ANC button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. The speaker will turn off and reset.

Can I connect two speakers for stereo sound?

The Lamax HighComfort ANC does not support wireless stereo pairing. Each speaker operates independently.

What is the Bluetooth range?

The maximum wireless range is approximately 10 meters (30 feet) in open space. Walls and obstacles may reduce the range.

How do I clean the speaker?

Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or liquids. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

Why is there no sound from the speaker?

Check that the speaker is turned on and paired, volume is not muted, and the audio source is playing. Try reconnecting Bluetooth or resetting the speaker.

Turning On

Hold ☐ for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones. This is accompanied by an audible notification and the blue flashing LED.

Pairing

1. The headphones automatically go into pairing mode the first time you turn them on. This is indicated by the LED alternately flashing red and blue.

2. On your device, turn Bluetooth on and locate and select LAMAX HighComfort ANC in the list of available Bluetooth devices. After successfully pairing, there is an audible notification and the blue flashing LED.

If you have trouble pairing, remove your headphones from the list of paired devices in your smartphone. Turn off the headphones and then hold the button for 4 seconds. The headphones turn on and automatically go into pairing mode. Pair the headphones again as in Step 2 above.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Hold the ANC button for 2 seconds to turn ANC on. When ANC is on, the green LED next to the audio connector is lit. To turn off ANC, hold the ANC button for 2 seconds again.

- The ANC function cannot be activated if an audio cable is connected.

- ANC especially suppresses deeper frequencies. Human voices and higher frequencies are minimally suppressed.

Turning Off

Press and hold the ⬤ for 4 seconds to turn off the headphones.

Charging

To charge, connect the USB-C cable to the headphones and the other end to the 5V USB charger. The LED lights up red when charging and blue when fully charged.
