How do I pair my Sigma iD.Free smartwatch with my phone?

Download the Sigma Fit app from the App Store or Google Play. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your watch. Make sure the watch is charged and near your phone.

How do I charge the smartwatch?

Use the included magnetic charging cable. Attach the charger to the contacts on the back of the watch. Connect the USB end to a power adapter or computer. The screen will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

How do I reset the Sigma iD.Free to factory settings?

Go to Settings on the watch, scroll to Reset, and confirm. Alternatively, press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the watch vibrates. This will erase all data and restore factory defaults.

Is the Sigma iD.Free waterproof?

The watch has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to 50 meters depth. It is suitable for swimming and showering, but not for diving or high-speed water activities.

How long does the battery last?

With typical use including notifications and occasional heart rate monitoring, the battery lasts up to 7 days. Heavy use with continuous GPS or frequent screen activation may reduce battery life to 3–4 days.

Can I receive notifications from my phone?

Yes, once paired, you can receive call, message, email, and app notifications directly on your watch. Ensure notifications are enabled in the Sigma Fit app for each app you want to receive alerts from.

Does the watch track sleep automatically?

Yes, the iD.Free automatically tracks your sleep duration and quality when worn to bed. Data is synced to the Sigma Fit app each morning. You can view detailed sleep stages and trends.

What phones are compatible with the Sigma iD.Free?

The watch is compatible with iOS 10 or later and Android 6.0 or later with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. Check the Sigma Fit app availability in your app store.

Can I replace the strap?

Yes, the strap is detachable using a quick-release pin. You can purchase replacement straps from Sigma or third-party vendors. Ensure the strap width is 20 mm.

What is the warranty period?

The Sigma iD.Free comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, water damage beyond rated limits, or normal wear and tear.
