How do I pair the Sigma iD.Tri with my smartphone?

Download the Sigma Fit app from your app store. On the watch, go to Settings > Bluetooth and enable pairing. In the app, select 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

What is the battery life of the iD.Tri?

Under typical usage with continuous heart rate monitoring and notifications, the battery lasts up to 7 days. Actual battery life may vary based on usage and settings.

Is the Sigma iD.Tri waterproof?

Yes, it has an IP68 rating, meaning it is water-resistant up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It can handle sweating, rain, and swimming in shallow water, but not high-pressure water activities or diving.

How do I charge the watch?

Use the included magnetic charging cable. Align the pins on the cradle with the contacts on the back of the watch. Plug the USB end into a power source. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Can I change the watch strap?
