With the appliance unplugged.

  • Place the bowl on the mat.
  • Position the blade or the whisking attachment on the spindle of the bowl, holding it by the plastic part.
  • Place the small cup on top of the bowl.
  • Put the motor unit on top of the small cup.
  • To disassemble, first unplug the motor unit, then do the same in reverse.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

  • Before the first use, clean the bowl assembly in the dishwasher or with water and washing-up liquid.
  • Rinse and dry with care.
  • Reassemble.

CHOPPING

With the blade:

  • Put the ingredients in the bowl. Never exceed the 200 ml mark in the bowl.
  • To achieve fine and consistent mincing, press the button in pulses. During preparation, separate the foods at regular intervals and spread them around the bowl using a spatula.
  • The fineness of the finished product will depend on how long you run the appliance.
