- You can use a spatula only when the appliance is stopped.

- There is a potential risk of injury if used incorrectly.
OPERATING INTERVALS
- This appliance cannot operate continuously. It is not a professional type of appliance. You must observe operating breaks. Otherwise, you may damage the motor.
- Do not operate this appliance continuously for more than 3 minutes with the whisks. Take a 20-minute break before using the appliance again.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before the first use, clean the whisks with warm water and dish soap. Rinse with clean water and dry using a soft cloth.
USE
- Before connecting your mixer, make sure that the speed selector knob is in the "0" (off) position.
- Assemble the whisks on the motor unit.
The whisks are used for the preparation of whisked egg whites, whipped cream, cake mixes, mayonnaise, etc.
NOTE: since the whisks are identical, they can be inserted into any opening.
- Plug the power cord into a wall socket.
- Set the speed selector knob to the desired speed:
Position 0: off
Position 1: slowest speed
Position 5: fastest speed
Always start mixing at low speed.
Then gradually increase to the recommended speed in the recipe.
Never press the eject button while the mixer is running!

WARNING! Do not put a spatula or other utensils into the blender jar during operation.
Do not use the appliance for more than 3 minutes consecutively (see paragraph "Operating intervals") and then allow the appliance to cool down for at least 20 minutes before using it again.
- At the end of use, move the speed selector knob to the "0" (stop) position and unplug the appliance. To extract the whisks, hold the whisks with one hand and then press the eject button. If necessary, remove the food stuck on the whisks using a wooden or plastic spatula.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning your mixer, unplug it from the power outlet and wait until the motor unit has cooled down sufficiently before putting it away.
Never immerse the motor unit, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
Wipe the body of the appliance with a slightly damp sponge. Take care to ensure that water does not enter the appliance through the ventilation holes.
The whisks can be washed in the dishwasher. You can also clean them with a soft sponge, warm water and dish soap. Rinse them with clean water and then dry them with a soft cloth.
Remove any food residue remaining on the power cord with a soft, dry cloth.
Never use abrasive detergents or scouring sponges for cleaning.
