How to use the DO702BL blender?

Place the sealing ring and blade assembly on the glass jug, then the lid with the measuring cap. Pour the ingredients (between 0.5 and 1.75 L), plug in the appliance and turn the speed regulator to the desired position. For the pulse function, hold the button on the pulse position (left of 0).

What is the maximum capacity of the blender?

The maximum capacity is 1.75 liters. Do not exceed this limit to avoid overflow. The minimum capacity is 0.5 liters.

How to clean the blender?

Unplug the appliance. Pour soapy water into the container and use the pulse function for a few seconds. Disassemble the removable parts: measuring cap, lid, sealing ring and blades. Clean them by hand (do not immerse the blades). Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

Can you blend hot liquids?

No, never use boiling liquids. The blender is designed for ingredients at room temperature or cold.

What to do if the blender does not work?

Check that the speed regulator is on a position other than 0, that the jug is properly fixed on the motor unit and that the appliance is plugged in. If the problem persists, contact DOMO customer service at [phone].

How to use the pulse function?

Turn the speed regulator to the pulse position (left of 0). Hold it for a few seconds, then release to stop. Repeat until you get the desired consistency.

Can I put the motor unit in the dishwasher?

No, never immerse the motor unit in water or put it in the dishwasher. Clean it only with a damp cloth.

What is the maximum continuous operation time?

Do not use the blender for more than 3 minutes without interruption. Let it cool down for at least 10 minutes at room temperature before using again.

How to replace the blades?

Remove the blade assembly by turning counterclockwise. Replace it with a new assembly available online. Be careful with sharp blades.

What to do in case of container leakage?

Check that the sealing ring is correctly placed on the blade assembly and that it is properly screwed onto the jug. If the seal is worn, replace it.

· Do not allow the power cord supply to run underneath or around the unit.

Note: This recess allows any fluids spilled to drain, preventing damage to the motor block.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Assemble the appliance following these steps:

1. Position the seal on the blade assembly. Screw the unit clockwise onto the glass container.
2. Turn the measuring cup clockwise into the lid and place the lid on the glass container so that the pouring spout and the recess in the lid line up.
3. Position the container with lid on the motor block. The blender is now ready for use.

USE

1. Make sure that the speed regulation button is at "o".
2. Put the plug in the outlet and position the glass container on the engine block.
3. Fill the glass container with the desired ingredients, between the minimum (0.5 l) and maximum (1.75 l) indication lines.
4. Position the lid with measuring cup on the container and turn the speed regulator to the desired speed:
   Position 1-2: for light liquids Position 3-5 for thicker fluids and solid foods
5. For quick and accurate blending, turn the speed knob to the pulse function (to the left of o) and hold for a few seconds. When you release the knob, it will automatically reset itself to the o position. You can do this a few times in a row, until the desired consistency has been reached.
6. If you want to add ingredients while you are blending, remove the measuring cup from the lid and put the extra ingredients into the jar through this fill opening.
7. When crushing ice or blending hard foods, keep 1 hand firmly onto the lid.
8. Turn off the blender by setting the speed knob to o.
9. Unplug the blender after use.

Caution:

• For each use, the consecutive operation time should not exceed 3 minutes. Between two continuous cycles at least 10 minutes resting time should be maintained. The appliance needs to cool down to room temperature before starting the next blending cycle.
• Never use boiling liquids or do not use the blender when the jar is empty.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Pour some warm soapy water into the jar and turn the speed knob for a few seconds to the pulse function. Empty the jar.
2. Unplug the blender before continuing with cleaning.

3. Always clean the blender immediately after us for easy cleaning. Do not let food dry in the jar or the blade assembly, this will make them harder to clean.

4. Disassemble the removable parts. Remove the blade assembly from the bottom of the container by turning them counter-clockwise. Remove the blade assembly and the seal. Remove the lid from the container and the measuring cup from the lid.

5. Clean the measuring cup, the lid, the sealing ring and the jar by hand.
6. Clean the blades with some warm soapy water and rinse under the tap. Do not touch the blades and be extra careful. Do not immerse the blade assembly in water. Let the blade assembly dry upside down, out of reach of children.
7. Wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Caution:

• Never immerse the motor unit in any liquid to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
• Do not use any rough scouring pads or cleaners on the parts or on the finish of the appliance.
