The instructions should aid you in getting familiar with your new appliance. Please, read them carefully before using the appliance for the first time.

In any case, please make sure the appliance was supplied to you undamaged. Should you identify and transport damage, contact your sales representative or the regional warehouse from where the product was delivered. You will find the telephone number on the receipt or delivery report.

We wish you a lot of pleasure with your new household appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

These instructions are intended for the user.

They describe the grill and how to use it. They also apply to different types of appliances, therefore you may find some descriptions of functions that may not apply to your appliance.

Never touch the surfaces of heating or cooking appliances. They will become hot during operation. Keep children at a safe distance. There is a risk of burning!

WARNING!

This product does not apply to persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge (including children under the age of 8), unless they are under the supervision of an adult with civil conduct;

• Use only on AC 220-240 Volt, 50 Hz. Use only for household.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knobs. • To protect against risk of electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or cooking unit in water or any other liquid. • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. •
  Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning appliance. • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged has malfunctioned or has been damaged in any manner. In order to avoid the risk of an electric shock, never try to repair the Grill Toaster yourself. Take it to an authorized service station for examination and repair. An incorrect reassembly could present a risk of electric shock when the Grill Toaster is used. • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electrical shock, or risk of injury to persons. • Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes.
• Do not let power cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or heated oven. • Unplug the unit when finished using. • Do not use appliance for other than intended use. • Do not intend to operate by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

WARNING!

- Extreme caution must be exercised when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids. • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years. • The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. • The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. • CAUTION: hot surface.

To reduce the risk of electric shock this appliance has a grounded plug. If the plug does not fit fully into the electrical outlet contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way or use an appropriate adaptor.

BEFORE FIRST USE

• Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
• Remove all packaging • Clean the Cooking Plates by wiping a sponge or cloth dampened in warm water.

DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT AND DO NOT RUN WATER DIRECTLY ONT THE COOKING SURFACES.

- Dry with a cloth or paper towel. • For best results, lightly coat the cooking plates with a little cooking oil or cooking spray.

Notice: When your Grill Toaster is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is normal with many heating appliances. This does not affect the safety of your appliance.

USING YOUR GRILL

1. Select the plates you want to use (grill or flat surface).
2. Install them firmly and check if they are OK.
3. Close the grill and plug it into the wall socket.
4. Start the timer and you will find red power light start working.
5. Now set the thermostat knob to your desired value.
6. Green light means grill is pre-heating.
7. Once green light goes off, your grill is ready.

NOTE THAT PRE-HEATING TIME CAN BE APPROXIMATELY 3 TO 5 MINUTES.

GRILL WILL START WORKING ONLY WHEN TIMER IS SET AND THERMOSTAT SET TO YOUR DESIRE.

ONCE FINISHED PUT TIMER AND THERMOSTAT TO ZERO AND UNPLUG THE GRILL FROM WALL SOCKET.

LET IT COOL DOWN BEFORE STORAGE.

IF USING OPEN GRILL OPTION PRESS BUTTON ON THE SIDE LIKE ON PICTURE BELOW.

STORAGE:

• Always unplug the Grill Toaster before storage.
• Always make sure the Grill Toaster is cool and dry before storing.
- The power cord can be wrapped around the bottom of base for storing.

WARNING

Before cleaning, the power cord must be unplugged; stand by and cool the plate completely to avoid burns.

Do not immerse the power cord, plug or the entire appliance in water or other liquids.

When cleaning, do not use metal cleaning objects, such as cleaning balls and scouring pads.

When cleaning, do not use metal spatulas and scrapers to clean the grill plate.

After each use, wipe the inner and outer surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge; there is a charged body inside, so it cannot be soaked in water.

The plates can be immersed in water for cleaning; it can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

When cleaning, you can add an appropriate amount of alkaline cleaning solution.

After all parts are cleaned, dry them with a clean rag to prevent oxidation and rust.

Finally, according to the correct steps, put the plates into the body for the next use.

NE URANJAJTE UREĐAJ I NE PUŠTAJTE VODU IZRAVNO NA POVRŠINU PLOČE ZA PEČENJE.

- Obrišite temeljito krpom ili papirnatim ručnikom. • Za najbolje rezultate lagano premažite ploče za pečenje s malo ulja ili uljem u spreju.

Napomena: Kada se roštilj prvi put zagrije, može ispuštati blagi dim ili miris. To je normalno kod mnogih uređaja koji se zagrijavaju. To ne utječe na sigurnost uređaja.

1. Odaberite ploče koje želite koristiti (roštilj ili ravna površina).
2. Čvrsto ih postavite i provjerite jesu li dobro postavljene.
3. Zatvorite roštilj i uključite ga u zidnu utičnicu.
4. Pokrenite tajmer i vidjet ćete da crveno svjetlo za napajanje počinje raditi.
5. Sada postavite regulator termostata na željenu vrijednost.
6. Zeleno svjetlo znači da se roštilj zagrijava.
7. Kad se zeleno svjetlo ugasi, roštilj je spreman.

IMAJTE NA UMU DA VRIJEME ZAGRIJAVANJA MOŽE BITI PRIBLIŽNO 3 DO 5 MINUTA.

ROŠTILJ ĆE POČETI RADITI TEK KADA JE TAJMER PODEŠEN I KADA JE TERMOSTAT PODEŠEN PO VAŠOJ ŽELJI.

KADA ZAVRŠITE, POSTAVITE TAJMER I TERMOSTAT NA NULU I ISKLJUČITE ROŠTILJ IZ ZIDNE UTIČNICE.

PUSTITE DA SE OHLADI PRIJE SKLADIŠTENJA.

AKO KORISTITE OPCIJU OTVORENOG ROŠTILJA, PRITISNITE TIPKU NA BOČNOJ STRANI KAO NA SLICI ISPOD.

SKLADIŠTENJE:

• Uvek isključite gril pre skladištenja.
• Uvek se uverite da je gril hladan i suv pre skladištenja.
