What is the maximum bowl capacity?

The maximum bowl capacity is 1650 ml. Do not exceed this volume to avoid overflowing.

Can I blend hot liquids?

Yes, but the maximum permitted temperature is 90 °C. Fill the bowl halfway, start at low speed and use the lid. Be careful of steam and heat from the bowl.

How do I use the automatic shut-off function?

The automatic shut-off activates after 30 minutes if the machine is not turned off manually. You can also press the On/Off button to turn it off.

How to clean the blender?

For a quick clean, pour hot water with a few drops of detergent and use the Pulse function. Then rinse. For deep cleaning, unplug, clean the motor unit with a damp cloth and disassemble the blades.Never immerse the motor unit.

Are the parts dishwasher safe?

Yes, the lid, bowl and measuring cap can go in the dishwasher. The blades and seal must be hand washed with care.

How to assemble the blades?

Place the rubber seal on the blade unit, insert it all into the collar, then slightly tilt the collar to introduce the blades into the jug. Turn the collar counterclockwise to lock.

What if the blender does not start?

Check that all parts are correctly assembled and the lid is properly closed. Make sure the On/Off button is on. If the problem persists, check the outlet or contact an authorized service.

What is the maximum continuous use time?

Read the following instruction carefully before using the appliance for the first time.

• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
• The appliance may only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating plate!
• Never use or pick up the appliance if

Getting started

1. Before using the blender for the first time, wash all parts except for the motor housing. Assembling: Place the blade rubber seal on top of the blade assembly (A). Then place the blade assembly with the rubber seal into the collar (B). Carefully assemble the blades and collar into the jug. Tilt the collar slightly for easy access of knives into the jug. Once in place, turn the collar counterclockwise to lock in place (C).

1. Place the blender on a flat surface and then place the jug on top of the motor housing. The jug can be placed is several different positions with handle on either sides, or in front. Put the ingredients in the jug.

(Do not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jug.)

1. Close the lid (A) and insert the measuring cup in the filler hole and (B) lock into position. (You can use the measuring cup to add ingredients while the blender is running. Close the filler hole immediately after, to avoid splashing.)

Caution! When processing hot liquids, see paragraph 4.

1. Processing hot liquids: We recommend to allow hot liquids to cool down (max 90^ ) before filling the jug. Fill the jug only half full and start processing on low speed. The blender jug can become very warm - take care to protect your hands and to ventilate steam out through the filler hole. Always replace the lid before use.

1. Start the blender: Plug into mains. Press the On/Off button (A), the LED light will illuminate. Press the "Low" (B) or "High" (C) button to select your desired processing speed, or choose one of 3 special functions. Light will indicate the speed selected. To pause, press the selected speed button again.

Auto-Off: If the machine is not turned off manually, the Safety Auto-Off function turns it off after 30 minutes.

1. Pulse Function: Press the "Pulse" button (A) when you need a short burst of power.

Smoothe Function: Press the "Smooth" button (B) to get ice crushed and your smoothie blended to the desired consistency.

Crush Ice Function: Press the "Crush" button (C) to crush ice. (For best results, work in small batches.)

Cleaning and care

1. Quick cleaning: Pour warm water into the jug, add a few drops of detergent. Mix water and detergent by pressing the "PULSE" button. Finally, rinse the jug under running water.

1. Thorough cleaning: Turn the blender off and unplug the power cord. Wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth.

Warning! Never immerse the housing, plug, and cord in water or any other fluid.

1. Remove the lid and jug.

Turn the collar clockwise to unlock. Then carefully remove the collar and knives by pulling the collar downwards. Lift off the blade assembly and the rubber seal from the collar. Rinse the blade assembly in water and detergent. Caution! Handle carefully, the blades are very sharp! The lid, jug and measuring cup can be washed in the dishwasher.
