How to set the temperature of the warming drawer?

Turn the rotary knob located at the front (visible when the drawer is open) to set the temperature between 30 °C and 80 °C. The LED flashes during heating and stays steady when the temperature is reached.

How long does it take to preheat dishes?

The time depends on the material, thickness, and load. As a guide, at 60 °C, allow about 30 minutes for a 6-person setting and 40 minutes for 12 persons.

Can I use plastic dishes in the warming drawer?

It is not recommended to use plastic dishes not suitable for heat. The maximum temperature is 80 °C, but check the heat resistance of your containers.

What to do if the appliance does not heat?

Check that the drawer is properly closed (heating only works with drawer closed). Make sure the temperature knob is set to a non-zero value. If the problem persists, unplug the appliance and contact after-sales service.

How to clean the warming drawer?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Clean the inside and outside with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Never use a steam cleaner or abrasive products.

Can I use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance?

No, using a steam cleaner is prohibited because steam can reach live parts and cause a short circuit. Clean only with a damp cloth.

What is the power consumption of the warming drawer?
