safety instructions before using the product. To do this, please read through the following operating and safety instructions carefully. This product must be set up or used only by people who have been trained to do so.

The PPKS 50 B1 circle cutter is designed for use
with plasma cutters with contact ignition from Parkside. You can use the circle cutter to make circular cuts, the diameter of these cuts can be continuously adjusted over a range of approx. 16 cm to 100 cm. Centring can be carried out either using a magnet or metal pin (during preparation for each centre punch). Please refer to the operating instructions of the plasma cutter you are using for information about material thicknesses which can be cut. By fixing using two magnets, you can also perform straight cuts up to 38 cm. Use the product only as described and only for the specific applications as stated. Please retain the operating instructions properly and ensure that you hand over all documentation when passing the product onto someone else. This product must be set up or used only by people who have been trained to do so. Any use that differs from the intended use as stated above is prohibited and potentially dangerous. Damage or injury caused by misuse or disregarding the above warning is beyond the liability of the manufacturer. This circle cutter is not suitable for commercial use. Commercial use will void the warranty. The product has been developed for consumer use and is not suitable for use in a commercial or industrial environment. The product must only be started up initially by people who have been trained to do so.

Never attach the magnets to the plasma cutter itself or its housing
Before use, read the full instruction manual for the PPKS 50 B1 circle cutter and the plasma cutter you are using. Do not put body parts (e.g. fingers) between the magnets and the magnetic surfaces.
Risk of crushing!
It is essential that you observe the safety instructions of your plasma cutter!
Check the circle cutter before fitting it to the plasma cutter. Damaged components must not be used.
- Fitting circle cutter for circular cuts
Screw the rod of the circle cutter (longer rod) to the torch holder with Bakelite inner ring (Fig. D). Screw the extension (shorter rod) to the rod of the circle cutter, in order to allow larger cutting radii (Fig. F). Now fit the magnetic
holder 3 or metal pin 4, as shown in Figure A.
PLEASE NOTE! Bakelite is a durable, heatresistantplastic.
- Fitting the circle cutter for straight cuts
Screw the extension 6 (shorter rod) to the rod of the circle cutter 1, in order to allow longer cuts (Fig. F). Now fit the two magnetic holders 3 by pushing onto the rod and fixing with the fixing screw 2. The possible cutting length can be adjusted by the gap between the two magnetic holders 3.
- Handling the circle cutter
Attach the circle cutter 1 using the magnetic holder 3 or metal pin 4 (during preparation for each centre punch) on to the metal surface to be processed. The plasma torch can now be inserted into the torch holder with Bakelite inner ring 5, as shown in Figure B. Using the fixing screw 2 on the magnetic holder 3 / metal pin 4 you can continuously adjust the diameter of the circle cutter 1. When setting a small diameter makesure that when the plasma torch is being used, it will not collide with the fixing screw 2 (Fig. E). Fit the extension 6, in order to allow larger cutting radii/longer cuts (Fig. F). By fixing using
two magnets on the workpiece, you can also perform straight cuts (Fig. G).
Never attach the magnetic foot 3 to the plasma cutter itself or other electrical devices. Make sure that you do not touch the hot plasma torch by accident.

- Cleaning
Clean the product with a soft moistened cloth. Do not use any aggressive or abrasive detergents.
Storage
Keep the device in a dry location and out of the reach of children.

Please return this device, accessories and packaging to your local recycling depot.
Please note the marking on the different packaging materials and separate them as necessary. The packaging materials
