Before using the product, you should familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the stated fields of application. Store the manual carefully and ensure that all documents are handed over in the event that the product is passed on to another user.

The product is intended for thorough cleaning of cars. This product is not suitable for commercial use.

The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or incorrect operation.

Description of functions

The suction hose with fabric reinforcement is suitable for sucking water supplies, for example from rain barrels or water tanks. Please refer to the descriptions below for information on how the operating elements work.

General safety instructions

• Pay attention at all times.
Pay attention, be aware of what you are doing and take the utmost care when working.
- Avoid abnormal body postures.
Ensure secure footing and keep your balance at all times.
- Keep your work area tidy.
An untidy workplace can lead to accidents.
- Wear suitable work clothing.
- When working outdoors, non-slip footwear is recommended.
- Wear a hair net to contain long hair.
- Consider environment influences. Ensure the work area is adequately lit.
- Pressure washers can be dangerous if used incorrectly. The jet must not be directed at persons, animals, active electrical equipment or the device itself.
• Take appropriate measures to keep children away from the device.
- Please also note the safety information of your pressure washer.
- Check whether you are permitted to wash the car on the premises.
- Please be aware of the increased risk of tripping up when using your pressure washer with the suction hose.

- Do not run over, crush or kink the suction hose. There is a risk of damage and therefore a risk of injury to you.

Assembly

The suction hose (1) has a filter basket with non-return valve (2) on the suction side to filter light impurities.

Connecting the suction hose:

1. Place the filter basket with non-return valve (2) in the water source.

2. Connect the suction hose (1) to the quick connector on the water connection of your pressure washer using the hose quick connector (3).

Operation

- The holder (4) can be used to hang the suction hose (1) on the edge of a water barrel, for example. Slide the holder over the suction hose from above (Fig. A). Hang the holder on the edge so that the filter basket with non-return valve (2) reaches sufficiently deep into the water.

- Ensure there is a sufficient and reliable water supply.

- Do not draw in any water from natural accumulations. There is a risk of contamination from backwashed cleaning agent.

Caution: Do not allow the pressure washer to run dry! Danger of overheating!

Bleeding the hose

1. Make sure that there is no air in the suction hose (1).

2. Immerse the suction hose (1) including filter basket with non-return valve (2) and hose quick connector (3) completely in the water collector (e.g. rain barrel) to bleed it.

Cleaning/maintenance

Always remove the mains plug of the pressure washer before working on the device. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.

• Clean the device with a damp cloth.
• Clean the filter basket with non-return valve (2) regularly using clear water to remove dirt.

Storage

• Always store the product:
- protected against frost
- dry.
- clean.
- out of the reach of children.
- Completely empty the suction hose with pre-filter.

Disposal/environmental protection

The product and packaging should be properly recycled.

Take the product to a recycling plant. The plastic and metal parts used on your device can be properly sorted according to materials and grades and efficiently recycled. Please contact our service centre for more information. We will dispose of any defective devices that you send to us free of charge.
