Safety precautions

WARNING

- This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for. In worst case the food can catch fire.

- This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.

- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.

- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • In order to prevent disruptions of the airflow do not put anything on top of the appliance and make sure there is always 35 centimeter of free space around the appliance.
  • After the baking process the appliance needs to cool down, this cooling process will activate automatically when the timer is done. Avoid to unplug the appliance from the socket before the cooling process is finished because the remaining hot air can damage the appliance.

NOTICE

  • The airfryer will not operate unless the basket is fully closed.
  • The fat-free fryer uses the technology of hot air heating, Never pour oil or fat into the fryer.
  • Do not put anything on top of the appliance. This disrupts the airflow and affects the air-frying result.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Remove all packaging material.
  • Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
  • Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
  • Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and level surface, do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
  • When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only temporary and will disappear soon.
  • Place the device in a well ventilated space.

USE

  • Put the main plug in an earthed wall socket.
  • Place the food inside the basket A ^3 .
  • SlidethebasketA ③ intotheairfryer
  • PressthemenubuttonB 17 to cycle through the pre-set cooking programs until the icon of the desired program flashes.
  • Pressthetime/temperaturebuttonB 26 to switch between time or temperature selection.

- Pressthe-buttonB 22 to decrease the value.

- Pressthe+buttonB 25 to increase the value.

• After setting the time and temperature, press the start/pause button B _18 to start the cooking process.

- Certain menu options include a preheat function. During this period, the display A ^2 will show 'PRE' until preheating is complete and cooking begins.

- When the program finishes, the screen will display 'End.'

- Check if the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply slide the basket back into the appliance and set the timer to a few extra minutes.

- To remove small ingredients, like French fries, carefully pour them from the pot into a bowl or onto a plate. For larger or more delicate ingredients, use a pair of tongs to lift them out of the pot and place them into a bowl or onto a plate.

- During the cooking process, you can adjust the time and temperature settings. To save these

adjustments as a new program, press and hold the button for over 3 seconds until you hear 3 beeps. The new settings will then be saved, replacing the previous program.

- Do not turn the outer pot upside down while the aifryer rack is still in the basket, as any excess oil collected at the bottom of the basket may spill onto the ingredients.

Shaking

- Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the preparation time. To shake the ingredients, pull the basketA ③ outoftheappliancebythehandleA ⑤ and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.

When selecting the Defrost function B20 or Reheat/keep warm function B27, you can adjust the time based on the food's needs. The temperature is fixed, but the time can be set between 1 and 60 minutes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in use or unattended, and before cleaning.
- Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- If dirt is stuck to the basket or the bottom of the basket, put the frying rack in the basket and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a towel.

STORAGE

Store the appliance in a dry and enclosed space.
