STEP 1: Assembling the Base

Align the Post into the groov the Base, and then attach th with the Base Screws and matched Base Washers & Ba Wing Nuts.

STEP 2: Assembling the Wheel

Remove the small plastic screws which are assembled on the whole primarily at first. Then, peel off the plastic file from the wheel.

STEP 3: Assembling the Wheel

Insert the small screws into the holes around the wheel and assemble them with matched small nuts.

STEP 4: Attaching the Wheel to the Post

Attach the Wheel to the with Wheel Screw and matched Wheel Washer & Wheel Wing Nut.
