How to assemble the Vevor UPZP-24SE price wheel?

Follow the steps in the manual: attach the pole to the base with screws and wing nuts (step 1), remove the plastic screws from the wheel and assemble the small screws around the wheel (steps 2-3), then attach the wheel to the pole with the wheel screw, washer and wing nut (step 4). Finally, place the magnetic cover and pointers (step 5).

What tools are needed for assembly?

No additional tools required; screws and wing nuts are hand-tightened. It is recommended to wear gloves and safety glasses.

How to clean the price wheel?

Clean the frame with a damp cloth and wipe the wheel (writable surface) with a dry cloth. Use the provided eraser to erase marker marks.

Can I use the price wheel outdoors?

It is recommended to use it indoors on a flat, hard surface. Exposure to weather may damage plastic components.

What is the load capacity of the wheel?

The product is designed to display light prices (sheets or markers). Do not place heavy objects on the wheel.

Can I get spare parts?

5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Prize Wheels.
8. Store the tabletop prize wheels in a cool dry environment.
9. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

STEP 1: Assembling the Base

Align the Post into the groove of the Base, and then attach them with two Base Screws and matched Base Washers & Base Wing Nuts.

STEP 2: Assembling the Wheel

Remove the small plastic screws which are assembled on the wheel primarily at first. Then, peel off the plastic file from the wheel.

Insert the small screws into the holes around the wheel and assemble them with matched small nuts.

STEP 4: Attaching the Wheel to the Post

Attach the Wheel to the Post with Wheel Screw and matched Wheel Washer & Wheel Wing Nut.
