How to use the chain sling?

Attach the lifting ring to the crane. Secure the hooks of the sling to the four corners of the load. Make sure the chain is not twisted or knotted and the load is evenly distributed. Lift slowly avoiding any swinging.

What are the allowed lifting angles?

The angle between the chain and the load must be greater than 40° for full capacity use. Between 20° and 40°, the capacity is halved. Below 20°, lifting is prohibited.

2. The bridle chain sling must be used flexibly, and it is strictly prohibited to use it compulsorily when individual connections are inflexible.
3. Do not exceed the WLL (working load limit) for the bridle chain sling. Not approved for overhead lifting.
4. After use, dry the product before storage to prevent rusting of bolts affected by use.
5. Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.

To prevent serious injury from tool failure, do not use the tool when it is damaged:

1) Check the overall condition of the product before each use. Does the opening of the hook widen?

Is the bridle chain deformed?

Are there cracks in all parts?

Before each use, check whether the bridle chain works properly before actual use. If the bridle chain does not work properly, follow the inspection instructions to see if the problem occurs.

2) To prevent serious injury, be careful when troubleshooting the bridle chain. Solve all problems before use. If the solution provided in the troubleshooting guide cannot solve the problem, ask a qualified technician to check the bridle chain before use.

Suggestions for Safe Use of the Bridle Chain

INSTRUCTIONS

How to use the chain sling:

1. The crane hooks up the lifting ring.
2. The hook of the chain sling hooks the goods at four corners.
3. Make sure the chain is not twisted or knotted.
4. Make sure the weight is evenly distributed on each chain.
5. Lift slowly when lifting; do not let the goods tilt.
6. When lifting the goods, no one is allowed to stand below.
7. The angle between the chain and the goods must comply with the following rules:

1) θ > 40° , it is recommended to hoist in this way, which shall not exceed the Working Load Limit.

2) 20° < θ < 40° , it can bear only half of the Working Load Limit.

3) θ < 20° , it is not allowed to hoist in this way, which is very unsafe
