1. Read all instructions before use. 2. Do not use with extension cords. 3. Do not use if the plug is wet. 4. Unplug the power cord before connecting or disconnecting the water supply. 5. Inspect the hose for damage before use. If it is defective, please do not use it! It is an electrical device and should be inspected carefully. 6. The hoses are not designed to provide protection from freezing at their connections. Please take appropriate measures for your water connections. 7. There are many environmental factors that may contribute to the hose freezing. In extreme weather conditions, additional insulation around the hose may be necessary.
WARNING
- 1. Fully uncoil and extend the hose when in use. 2. Do not use with water pressures over 600 PSI. 3. Do not attempt to cut or splice the hose—could result in serious injury or death. 4. Do not use if the ground pin is missing from the power plug. 5. Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
- 6. Do not allow water to spray into electrical outlets—could result in serious injury or death. 7. For proper use, allow water to flush through the hose for several minutes before drinking.
- Always install the entire hose in the same ambient conditions. When using the heated water hose, do not place a portion of the hose indoors and put others outdoors.

INSTALLATION METHODS
PRIOR TO USE
Heated Water Hose for RV with quick insertion type hose connections on both ends and includes a female quick insertion type adapter. It allows connecting the water supply on either end of the hose, which depending on the location of the electrical outlet only use a certified outlet. Water tank adapter only lightly put on - the adapter does not start!


NOTE:
The Heated water hose offers freeze protection down to -40°F (-40°C). And it only heats water when temperature drops to 46°F (8°C) or below. Stop heating when temperature reaches 59°F (15°C) or above.

Confirm what will be connected at each end of the hose and put both the correct location through fully extending hose on the ground.

If working temperature is below 50°F (10°C), connect power cord to the outlet for several minutes to allow the hose to become flexible reducing being frozen. Unplug hose before continuing to Step 3.


Connect hose to RV, mobile home, or boat.

Turn on water supply and check for leaks.

NOTE:
In extremely cold weather, allowing water to drip from the faucet and flow slowly through the hose can effectively prevent the hose from freezing.

TROUBLESHOOTING
