How to fix the base of the Vevor MM-ZG01-47 can opener?

Use the provided base screws to securely screw the base onto a table or workbench. Ensure the base is stable before use.

How to open a can with this can opener?

Place the can on the metal base, with the handle in vertical position. Insert the edge of the can into the slot between the blade and the body. Lower the handle horizontally and turn it clockwise. The can will rotate automatically and the lid will be cut.

Why doesn't the handle turn during opening?

Check that the can is correctly positioned and the blade is properly engaged. Never turn the handle counterclockwise. If the problem persists, clean the gears and blade.

How to change the blade of the can opener?

Unscrew the two blade fixing screws using a screwdriver. Replace with a new blade and screw back. The blade is a consumable part.

How to replace the gear?

Turn the handle counterclockwise to unlock it. Remove the parts (washers, etc.) in order. Install the new gear by reassembling in reverse order, then turn the handle clockwise to lock.

How to clean the can opener after use?

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is used for opening all kinds of iron cans, convenient to operate. It's an ideal utensil for hotels and restaurants.

1. After using it, lay it aside with the handle in a horizontal position to loosen the spring and lengthen its service life.
2. With frequent use, the knife and gear may wear out. For customer's convenience, a complete set of parts is prepared. Please order according to your needs.

NOTE:

1. The opening should be near the edge of the jar. Due to the height of the blade, the position of the opening should not be too far from the gear to avoid damaging the blade due to excessive lateral force when rotating the rocker arm.
2. After use, place the handles together in a horizontal position. Loosen the spring to extend its service life.
3. Blades and gears are consumables, please check and replace them in time.

USAGE METHOD

1. When using the can opener for the first time, attach the base to a bench with the base screws and place the can on a metal base. The handle is in an illuminated position.
2. You will find a slot between the knife and the body. Place the can into the square hole in the base and properly pierce the top of the can with the knife.
3. Bring the handle to the horizontal position and turn the handle. The can will automatically turn until the top of the can is cut smoothly, and then remove it to prevent it from falling into the can.
4. Lift the handle to the upright position. Lift the handle and rod and remove the open can.

Change the blade:

Blade replacement is relatively simple: directly unscrew two screws, and you can complete the blade replacement.

Change the gear:

1. To replace the gear, you need to turn the handle counterclockwise until the gear does not rotate (you can choose an appropriate tool to stick and remove the parts when the handle rotates).
2. When installing the gear, assemble the washers and other accessories.

DIRECTIONS FOR USING

When using the can opener, fix the base on the table or with the base screw, then put the can on the base. With the handle in the upright position, you'll find a slot between the knife and the body. Put the body down into the square hole of the base, rightly making the knife puncture the top of the can.

Bring the handle to the horizontal position and turn the handle to the right. The can automatically turns around until the top of the can is smoothly cut out. As the top raises, lift it out to prevent it from falling into the can's contents.

Lift the handle to the upright position. Lift up the handle and remove the opened can.
