How to install the Vevor YS-202-2 roof pipe boot?

Cut the boot to the appropriate size (20% smaller than the pipe diameter), slide it over the pipe, place the aluminum base on the roof, seal with silicone and secure with screws.

What pipe diameters are compatible?

The YS-202-2 model is compatible with pipes of diameter 6 3/4 to 14 inches (approximately 17 to 36 cm).

Is the Vevor YS-202-2 boot suitable for all roof types?

It is suitable for sloped roofs with a flat surface for the aluminum base. Ensure the base can be securely fastened and sealed with silicone.

What type of silicone should be used for sealing?

Use a sealing silicone suitable for outdoor use and roofing materials (bitumen, tiles, etc.). Apply generously under the base and around the pipe.

Can I paint the pipe boot?

It is not recommended to paint the boot as paint could compromise the sealing of the EPDM rubber. Use it as is.

What is the lifespan of the Vevor boot?

The EPDM rubber is UV and weather resistant. With proper installation, it can last several years. Check the condition annually.

How to clean the roof boot?

Clean it with clean water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh solvents that could damage the rubber.

What if the boot leaks after installation?

Check that the silicone is properly applied and the base is firmly screwed. If necessary, remove the old silicone and reapply new. Ensure the pipe diameter is within range.

Step 1:Cut your pipe flashing openings to fit.(The cutting size should be about 20% smaller the pipe diameter.)	Step 2:Slide the flashing into tube and install the aluminum to the roof surface.
Step 3:Seal the base with silic by squeezing in the sealant a pressing the base.	Step 4:Fix pipe flashing with r screws.
