Pasta Roller & Cutter Safety Precaution:
Precaution:
Your safety and your family members' safety are very important! Many safety precaution messages had been laser-jet or printed on our products or
here. Please read carefully and obey all safety messages listed.
WARNING:
- DO NOT put your hands into any attachments when it is running.
- DO NOT put any metal items into any attachments when it is running.
- DO NOT take it off the mixer before it stops completely.
- DO NOT put pasta roller into dish washer for cleaning.
- DO NOT put pasta roller into disinfection cabinet for sanitization.
- Close supervision is necessary when this or any appliance is used near children.
- If there is any damaged parts, please stop using immediately.
- Keep a safe distance if you are wearing a tie, scarf, long necklace, or loose clothes. Tie up your long hair for safety.
- The pasta roller and cutter attachments are designed to be used with pasta dough. To avoid damaging your pasta roller, do not cut or roll anything other than pasta. Do not run the machine for more than 3 minutes without load.
11. Let it cool naturally for 30 minutes after it has been used continuously for 30 minutes.
WARNING:
- This product is not designed for small children or disabled people. Please take care of them. 2. A clean table is needed for pasta processing.
- Power off the machine immediately if any emergency occurs.
- Be sure the food processing part has been completely cleaned after use.

3. PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING:
Please remove the package and label before using. And clean the surface of the pasta roller or cutter attachments, especially for the parts which are dealing with dough. (Refer to "Cleaning and Maintenance")
4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Insert attachment shaft housing into the attachment hub, making certain the power shaft fits into square hub socket. If necessary rotate the Pasta Roller or Cutter back and forth. The pin on the attachment housing fits into the notch of the hub rim when in proper position.
- Tighten the Stand Mixer attachment hub knob until the attachment is completely secured to the Stand Mixer.
5. HOW TO MAKE PASTA:
| 1.Prepare pasta dough (see “Recipe” section). Cut dough into sections that fit in the Pasta Ro | 2.Pull out the dough knob adjustm knob and set it to setting 8. Th loosen the knob so that it is flush the surface shell. |

| 3.Squeeze the dough by hand to thickness of about 1 cm and sprin small amount of flour between th rollers. Fold dough in half and again. Repeat until dough is smo and pliable and covers the width roller. Dust pasta with flour light while rolling and cutting to aid in and separation. | 4.Gradually adjust the thickness adjustment knob setting, and repeat the surface pressing operation until desired thickness is reached. It is recommended to use setting 5 or make noodle thickness. |

Feed the flattened sheets of dough through the cutter. See the "Roller chart" to determine the correct thickness for each type of pasta.
6. DISASSEMBLE THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS:
1. Turn off and unplug the stand mixer.
- Remove the pasta roller or cutter from the stand mixer. After removing the pasta roller or cutter from the stand mixer, please be sure to clean the remaining dried dough. See "Care and Cleaning" for details.
- After removing the pasta roller and cutters, replace the hub cover and the attachment knob on the stand mixer.
MAINTENANCE:
Please do not clean pasta roller & cutter attachments with metal tools (knife sharp items).
Please do not clean pasta roller & cutter in dishwasher machine.
Please do not clean the pasta roller & cutter by dish towels or any cloth through them.
