How to open the battery compartment cover?

Place your thumb in the grooves on the cover, then push and slide in the direction of the arrow.

How many batteries are needed for operation?

Optimal operation requires 4 AA batteries. In an emergency, you can use 2 batteries, but battery life will be reduced (about 25 refills of 3 gallons instead of 50 refills of 6 gallons).

Can I use a 12V car battery to power the pump?

Yes, connect the DC power cable to the pump (female terminal) and connect the red wire to the + terminal of the battery, the black wire to the - terminal. Respect polarity, otherwise the pump will not work.

How does the automatic shut-off work?

A sensor in the discharge nozzle detects the fuel level and automatically shuts off the pump when the receiving tank is full. Ensure the sensor is in a vertical position for proper operation.

What types of fuel can I use?

The can is designed for gasoline and diesel. Do not use racing fuel or special blends. Do not mix different fuels in the tank.

Can I transport the can in a vehicle?

This product is intended for fuel transfer and not for transport in a vehicle or trailer. Do not place it in the back of a pickup truck or inside a vehicle.

How to clean the can after use?

Completely empty the pump and hose. Regularly clean the dosing unit and filter. To change fuel type, rinse the tank with the new fuel before filling.

What if the pump does not start with new batteries?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly (+/-) and are not expired. Ensure the cover is closed properly. If the problem persists, test with a 12V power supply.

Can I use this can to store water or other liquids?

No, this can is designed only for fuel (gasoline/diesel). Do not use it for other liquids, as fuel residues can contaminate water or damage the pump.

How to store the can after use?

Remove the batteries, empty the pump and hose, then store the can in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the tank closed and out of reach of children.

• Do not smoke near or while using the fuel caddy.
• This product is intended for fuel transfer only and is not intended to transport fuel in any vehicle or trailer. ● Always remove from the vehicle and place fuel station on the ground when filling. ● DO NOT FILL IN THE BACK OF A PICKUP TRUCK OR INSIDE VEHICLE.
• Do not modify this product.
• Do not store it in a vehicle or living space and always store it in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep the container closed when not in use. Vapors are harmful to lungs if inhaled.

• Make sure the fuel station is tightly secured HORIZONTALLY during transport.

• If you need to store different fuels, please clean the tank before changing. Avoid mixing different fuels together to affect the use.

WARNING! CAUTION! ATTENTION WARNING

• Do not use this product for prolonged fuel storage.
• Use the caddy for one fuel type only to avoid possible damage.
• Do not overfill the container. Always empty the pump and hose after using the caddy. Lift the I and turn the handle in the opposite direction to empty all remaining liquid back into the caddy.
• Caution when filling the caddy through the fill tube. Monitor closely to prevent overflows or spills.
• This product is unsuitable for placing in a yacht, off-road vehicle, or another violent vibration place.

Never use the fuel caddy near open flames or heat sources.

VAPORS can explode and cause a flash fire at any distance.

WARNING

Always keep the tank vertical while refueling or moving. Improper use may result in spillage or injury.

INTRODUCTION TO PUMP

NOTE: Before filling, make sure the tank has no defects in the structure or equipment.

How To Open The Battery Cover: Place your thumb in the grooves shown in the picture, and push and slide the cover off in the direction of the arrow.

How To Place The Battery Cover: Insert 4 AA batteries according to the + and - signs.

Direction of batteries as indicated in the below picture.

a. Replace all 4 batteries at the same time.

b. Use the same brand/type of batteries.

EMERGENCY CASE WHEN ALL (4) BATTERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE

It is recommended to use all 4 AA batteries when you are able, but it is possible to operate with 2 AA batteries during emergencies.

Can pump out approximately 50x 6 gallon fuel cans using 4 batteries; with 2 batteries, can pump out approximately 25x 3 gallon fuel cans.

WHEN TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES

1. The motor does not operate, even after pressing the ON switch, or transfer rate becomes slower than in normal operation.
2. Batteries can begin to discharge if they are stored for a long period of time. Check the expiration dates of batteries.

How to use the 12V battery power supply

1. Insert one end of the DC power cable terminal into the female terminal on the pump body, as shown in the figure.
2. Clamp the battery: red to battery + pole connection, black to battery - pole connection (Note: +/- pole shall not be connected unevenly. Otherwise the oil pump cannot work).

1. Open the vent cap. 2. Place the pumping device in the oil into the tank. 3. Tighten the nuts to 1.

Adapters: Three adapters are extra available, which can be used for other tank connectors if appropriate.

Start to use:

a: Start the flow of fuel by pressing the ON button. Automatically stop when the fuel reaches the stop line.

b: After automatically stopping, bring the discharge hose up above the tank to drain the excess fuel or liquid back into the supply tank.

c: Put the discharge nozzle in the discharge compartment and lock it in place with a clip.

! Place the discharge nozzle into the discharge nozzle compartment properly after fueling. In the event the fuel tank falls over and the discharge hose is not in its storage hole, the liquid can leak out.

WARNING

! Do not transfer fuel while the vehicle or the vehicle's heater is ON (may cause a fire).

! Do not leave the pump unattended (it may cause an oversupply of fuel, fire, or any accident).

! Do not run the pump 'dry' or let the pump idle without transferring fuel (may cause product failure).

! Make sure to use the pump on an even surface (if the tank falls during the liquid supply, the liquid will leak and may cause a fire or accident).

! Make sure the pump is tightly secured to the tank before turning it on.

! Make sure to detach the tank from the pump when moving (it may leak fuel if moved while the tank is attached).

! Make sure to remove any left-over fuel in the pump after each use (may cause failure of the pump if fuel remains around the sensor).

! Make sure the sensor on the discharge nozzle is vertical (it may not stop automatically; it could cause fuel to overflow).

MAINTENANCE

1. Please clean the measure and filter regularly.
2. Keep away from fire.
3. For different types of oil, cleaning the tank before storing another oil is recommended.
4. If this product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to store it in a cool and dry environment. Keep the tank away from direct sunlight.
5. Make sure to take the batteries out before storing the pump.
