Matters needing attention
Before use, check the state of the special shock absorber tool, confirm that fixed connection between the special tool and the bracket is normal, and confirm that the fastening nut of the spring clamp is tightened.
This product is a mechanical thread tool. Before use, please apply lubricating grease on the thread, which can greatly extend the service life of the product.
Spring compressors need to be placed parallel on both sides of the spring.
After the tool is pressed against the spring, it will receive a relatively large force. The greater the compression, the greater the tensile force.
When the tool receives a large tensile force, it is not possible to use external
machinery, such as an air gun or an electric wrench, to tighten the screw. At a time, it is necessary to use a manual socket wrench to compress the spring on both sides.
After the product is used, it is normal that there will be some wear on the tooth or the pin, which will not affect the use!
The maximum tensile force is 12496 N, please do not exceed 12000 N when using.
Usage method

- Fix the shock absorber assembly on the special tool, tighten the compress nut, and pay attention to the spring status at all times.
Turn the nut clockwise to lock.

Install the protection ring on the compression assembly and secure with screw. Once the safety ring has been adjusted to the appropriate length, tighten the screw in the center.

- Remove the shock absorber mounting nut, confirm that the spring and clamp are firm, and use the shock absorber nut removal special tool to remove the nut.
- Install the shock absorber, use the shock absorber nut removal special tool to remove the mounting nut, and confirm that the nut is tight. Loosen the clamp gradually until the spring is separated from the clamp, and correct the installation position of the shock absorber, thrust bearing, buffer block, etc.
- The required specification is a 19mm or 3/4" sleeve.

Turning the hexagon nut hook will compress the spring.
Manual operation available.
