How to adjust the fat concentration of milk?

Close the switching core, stop the device and remove the parts. Turn the screw to the right to make the fat thinner, to the left to make it thicker. Tighten the screw to the minimum after adjustment.

What to do if the separator does not separate milk properly?

Check the milk temperature (35-45°C), acidity, milk cleanliness, and if the separation bowl nut is tight. Adjust the temperature or filter the milk if necessary.

Why is there no fat output?

This may be due to incorrect height of the separation bowl, clogged orifice, misaligned holes, or cream too thick. Adjust the height, clean the orifice, or adjust the screw.

How to clean the separation bowl?

Loosen the nut, remove all parts and clean them with hot water. Dry thoroughly. Ensure the sealing ring is in place and the holes are aligned during reassembly.

What to do in case of separator overflow?

Reduce the opening of the metal rod, check that the nut is tight, the sealing ring is correct, and the separation bowl is at the correct height.

What is the ideal milk temperature for optimal separation?

Milk should be heated between 35°C and 45°C. Too low or too high temperature reduces separation efficiency.

Can I use the separator with acidic milk?

No, milk that is too acidic cannot be separated properly. Use fresh and clean milk.

How to proceed after a power outage?

Quickly close the metal rod, remove the milk pot, empty the milk from the reservoir through the overflow hole, and dry the main motor before reusing.

How often to clean the separator?

After each use, clean the milk pot. The separation bowl should be cleaned after 1 hour of continuous operation or after 50 L of milk separated.

What to do if the fat is too thin or milk comes out through the fat hole?

Turn the adjusting screw to the left to thicken the cream. Also check the height of the separation bowl.

INSTRUCTIONS

I. Product installation

The installation steps are as follows:

1) All parts that come into contact with milk are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (see picture below).

2) Align the hole at the bottom of the "Separation pumps" with the separator. The "snap" sound when the "Separation pumps" is tightened indicates that it has been fully installed. 3) Press tightly and tie the "Milk trough" and the "Oil flow sump" to the "Separation pumps" below. The cream mouth can be twisted at will. Ensure the "Oil flow tank seat" is placed between the Milk trough and the Cream sump. 4) Install the "Funnel seat". This allows the milk from the "Milk pot" to fill the "Separation pumps" for separation initially.

Next, position the "Buoy" to allow the milk to gradually flow in batches into the "Funnel seat", preventing any overflow or leakage from too much milk.

5) Place the "Milk pot". 6) Finally, insert the "Switch core". When rotated counterclockwise, the milk flows into the separation pump for processing. Rotate it clockwise to stop the milk flow, pausing the separation process.

II. Operation Steps

The operation steps are as follows:

1) Place the product on a flat surface to ensure effective milk separation. 2) Pour about one third of the 60°C water into the milk pot container. 3) Put the power on and switch on the separator to make the motor run. 4) After the separator works for 1 minute, slowly turn the milk container

switch (Metal Rod) anticlockwise to turn on so that the 60°C water is finished separating.

5) Pour the fresh milk heated to 35°C-45°C into the milk pot container, making the container of the milk pot more than half full until all the milk is separated.

5) In the separation process, the milk container switch (Metal Rod) needs to be set to a proper position so that the mouth separating the cream from the milk outlet hole does not spill milk. After working for 5 minutes, adjust the milk container switch (Metal Rod) properly to make it work efficiently.

III. The Milk Fat Concentration Adjusting

In the separation process, the milk fat concentration can be adjusted according to the following steps:

1) Close the "Switch core" and continue to separate the milk in the container.

2) Turn the power switch off of the separator and stop the separation.

3) After the separator stops rotating (Note: it cannot be stopped manually), remove all parts in turn.

4) As shown in the picture, tighten the screw to the right to make the butterfat thinner and the screw to the left to make it thicker. After adjusting, the screws should be screwed as little as possible to avoid loosening later.

IV. Cleaning Steps

The milk pot container must only

1) be removed in order and washed with hot water and cold water respectively. Then dry with a towel.

2) The separator works continuously for 1 hour (after separation of 50L milk), and the separator bowl must be removed and washed once.

3) For the separation bowl cleaning, loosen the nut and remove all parts. Clean them with hot water several times, dry them, and then install in the original order. Attention shall be paid to:

a. The sealing ring is placed in the groove of the separating bowl base. b. The holes on the separating piece and the separating bowl base should be

aligned. The small hole on the separating piece should correspond to the fixed pin position on the separating bowl base.

c. The disc with bump must be installed at the bottom, the other discs can be installed in any order.

d. When installing the separating piece, the one with small convex point on the separating piece surface shall be placed at the bottom. Other separating pieces can be installed at will.

e. The nut must be tightened.

① If the power supply is inadvertently disconnected, close the metal rod quickly, remove the milk pot container, then gently pour the milk stored in the head return tank of the main engine onto the overflow hole, and remove all milk from the main engine before operation.

② Check whether the waterproof cover on the motor is in good condition, and replace it in time if it is lost or damaged. Maintain a distance of 2 μm between the waterproof sleeve and the lower contact surface, and correct it in time if the distance is incorrect.

③ Frequently check that the milk overflow hole in the grooves of the head of the main engine is not blocked by impurities. This prevents milk from entering the motor through the motor shaft hole, which could cause damage. The nut on the separating bowl assembly must be tightened, and the cross pin in the separating bowl base must be stuck in the gap of the main shaft of the motor; otherwise, serious accidents may occur when the separating bowl rotates.

④ After separation, let the motor run for another 1 minute to prevent remaining milk from entering the main engine and damaging the

motor. After use, the whole machine must be dried, fixed, and placed in a clean and dry place to prevent corrosion.
