6. Put this instruction manual in a safe place. Do not discard.
7. If the adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard
8. Electric Shock Danger! Non-professional personnel are forbidden to repair the products, otherwise it may result in electrical shock. When failures happen, it should be repaired by a qualified maintenance personnel.
9. WARNING! It is strictly prohibited to put the main body of the machine and the power cord into any liquid. The machine must be fully cool cleaning.
10. Do not place the product directly on the fire or near the source otherwise the product will be damaged or even result in danger. Once of the product is on fire, do not directly use water to extinguish the a wet cloth to cover the fire site.
11. When the adapter plug is plugged into the socket, it must be pl the end, otherwise it will cause the components overheating and burn due to poor contact.

INSTRUCTIONS

I.Product installation

The Installation steps are as follows:

1) All parts that touch with milk are made of food-grade 304 stainless (Picture below)

① Host ② Separation pumps ③ Milk trough ④ Oil flow tank seat ⑤ Oil flow sump ⑥ Funnel seat ⑦ Buoy ⑧ Milk pot ⑨ Switch core Down

2) Align the hole at the bottom of the “Separation pumps” with the el separator. The "Snap" sound when the “Separation pumps” is tighten indicates that it has been fully installed.
3) Press tightly and tie the “Milk trough” and the “Oil flow sump” to t “Separation pumps” below. The cream mouth can be twisted at will.Ens the “Oil flow tank seat” is placed between the Milk trough and the C sump.
4) Install the "Funnel seat". This allows the milk from "Milk pot" to fill the "Separation pumps" for separation initially.

Next, position the “Buoy” to allow the milk to gradually flow in batch “Funnel seat”, preventing any overflow or leakage from too much milk

5) Place the "Milk pot".
6)Finally, insert the “Switch core”. When rotated counterclockwise, the flows into the separation pump for processing. Rotate it clockwise to the milk flow, pausing the separation process.

II. Operation Steps

The operation steps are as follows:

1) Place the product on a flat surface to ensure effective milk separati
2) Pour about one third of the 60^ C water into the milk pot container
3) Put the power on and switch on the separator to make the motor
4) After the separator works for 1 minute, slowly turn the milk contain

switch(Metal Rod)anticlockwise to turn on so that finish separating the 60^ water.

5) Pour the fresh milk heated to 35^ C-45^ C into the milk pot container make the container of the milk pot more than half full until all the r separated.

5) In the separation process, the milk container switch (Metal Rod) need be set to a proper position so that the mouth separating the cream milk outlet hole does not spill milk. After working for 5 minutes, adjust milk container switch (Metal Rod) properly to make it work efficiently.

III.The Milk Fat Concentration Adjusting

In the separation process, the milk fat concentration can be adjusted according to the following steps:

1) Close the "Switch core" and continue to separate the milk in the m container.

2)Turn the power switch off of the separator and stop the separation.

3) After the separator stops rotating (Note : it can not be stopped manually). remove all parts in turn.

4) As shown in the picture, tighten the screw to the right to make the butterfat thinner and the screw to the left to make it thicker. After and the screw they should be screwed as little as possible to avoid loose later use.

IV.Cleaning Steps

The milk pot containermust only

1) be removed in order and washed with hot water and cold water or respectively. Then dry with a towel.

2)The separator works continuously for 1 hour(after separation of 50L milk),and the separator bowl must be removed and washed once.

3) For the separation bowl cleaning, loosen the nut and remove all pa Clean them with hot water several times, dry them, and then install the original order. Attention shall be paid to:

aligned. The small hole on the separating piece should correspond to 1 fixed pin position on the separating bowl base.

c. The disc with bump must be installed at the bottom, the other disc be installed in any order.

d. When installing the separating piece, the one with small convex point the separating piece surface shall be placed at the bottom. Other separating pieces can be installed at will.

e. The nut must be tightened.

V.Common Faults and ELIminating Methods

Note

①If the power supply is inadvertently disconnected, the metal rod shall be closed quickly, the milk pot container shall be removed, and then the stored in the head return tank of the main engine shall be poured on the overflow hole gently, and all milk on the main engine shall be before operation.

②It is necessary to check whether the waterproof cover on the motor is in good condition, and replace it in time when it is lost or damage a distance of 2um between the waterproof sleeve and the lower cont surface, and correct in time when the distance is incorrect.

③It should be frequently checked that the milk overflow hole in the grooves of the head of the main engine should not be blocked by impurities. It can prevent the milk from entering the motor from the mo shaft hole, causing damage. The nut on the separating bowl assembly must be tightened, and the cross pin in the separating bowl base must stuck in the gap of the main shaft of the motor, otherwise it will cause serious accidents when the separating bowl rotates.

④After the separation, let the motor work another 1 minute to prevent remaining milk from entering the main engine and damaging the

motor. After use the whole machine must be dried, fixed and placed in a clean and dry place to prevent corrosion.
