To install the panels, you will need a circular saw, an electric screwdriver, a spirit level, a tape measure, a pencil, and a glue gun. For screw fixing, a suitable screwdriver is required.

How to fix the panels to the wall by gluing?

Apply construction adhesive evenly to the back of the panel, then press it against a clean, dry wall. Hold pressure for a few seconds. For better hold, use screws at curved points.

How many screws are provided and how many to use?

The set contains 34 screws. For standard wall installation, use 8 screws per panel. For ceiling installation, use 12 to 20 screws depending on the model.

Can these panels be installed on the ceiling?

Yes, but it is imperative to screw them and not glue them. Use the recommended number of screws (12 for the 1200x600 model, 20 for the 2400x200) to ensure safety.

What is the color of model LYB8210C1206?

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please read and understand this manual carefully before using the Acoustic MDF slat wall panels.

The installation should be done by an adult, and children should not be without supervision.

1. Please ensure that the Acoustic MDF slat wall panels are firmly installed; otherwise, they may fall off and cause harm to people.
2. Check the stability and safety of the product fixation regularly. If the product is loose, it should be strengthened immediately.
3. For safety purposes, prohibit the use of glue alone to mount panels on the ceiling. Due to uneven glue or poor quality, the panel may warp and fall off.

Safety and Care Advice

- Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages.

• Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into groups.
• Keep children and animals away from the work area; small parts can choke if swallowed. • Make sure you have enough space to lay out the parts before starting.
• Assembly will be easier with 2 people.

	• To reduce the likelihood of damaging your pro please ensure that your power drill is set on a torque setting.

THE STANDARD INSTALLATION METHOD

Step 1: Preparing the wall or ceiling

• Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry, without nails or screws.

Step 2:

Measuring the height and width.

Step 3: Cutting the panels.

- Cut products with circular saws and knives to your required size.

Step 4: Mounting the panel.

A: Simple installation on the wall: you can use glue; first apply the glue to the back of the product, then paste it on the wall. If pasted on a curve, use screws in the curved position to attach the product to the wall.

B. Use 8 screws to install on the wall; the screws should be fixed through the black part, which is more beautiful.

Step 5: The end result of the installation

Note: If necessary, install a wooden seal at the end of the panel for aesthetics; however, the wooden seal must be purchased separately.
