  1. Please ensure that the Acoustic WPC slat wall panels are firmly installed; otherwise, they may fall off and cause harm to people.
  2. Check the stability and safety of the product fixation regularly. If the product is loose, it should be strengthened immediately.
  3. Do not install wall panels on curved walls. Wall panels may be damaged and cause harm to people.

  • Keep children and animals away from the work area; small parts can choke if swallowed. • Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
  • Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.
  • Please handle it carefully during installation. The wall board is brittle and may break upon impact.

THE STANDARD INSTALLATION METHOD

Step 1: Preparing the wall.

• Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry, without nails or screws. Measure the wall size with a measuring tape, and record the size of the required Acoustic WPC slat wall panels.

Step 2: Cutting the panels

- Cut products with circular saws and knives to your required size.

Step 3: Mounting the panel

Apply nail glue on the back of the wall panel; attach the panel to the wall.

Step 4: Splicing Acoustic WPC slat wall panels;

Card hardware connectors into the wall board and secure them with screws. Each wall board is recommended to install 4 connecting panels, with two connecting panels 600mm apart.

Install a screw in the middle round hole of the connecting plate.

Apply nail glue on the back of the wall panel and put it into the board slot on the wall.

Step 5: Apply nail-free glue on the back of the decorative piece, then card it into the Acoustic WPC slat wall panels card slot.
