How to install Vevor SJ25-52 acoustic panels?

Open the box and remove the panels from the compression bag. Let them rest for 24 to 48 hours on a flat surface to regain their shape. Clean and dry the wall, then apply universal adhesive (not included) evenly on the back of the panel and stick it to the wall.

Why are my panels not returning to their original thickness?

The panels are compressed for transport. It is normal for them to take 24 to 48 hours to fully decompress. If the issue persists, you can soak them in water, wring them dry, and then use a dryer on medium heat to speed up the process.

What adhesive should be used to fix the panels?

Use a universal adhesive suitable for foam and walls. Adhesive is not included with the product. Apply it evenly on the back of the panel. Make sure the wall is clean and dry before application.

Are the panels fireproof?

The manual does not mention any fireproof certification. For safety reasons, avoid exposing the panels to open flames or high heat sources.

Can I clean the acoustic panels?

Dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid excessive moisture as it could affect the acoustic properties and adhesive strength. Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush or a dry cloth.

What are the exact dimensions of a panel?

Each panel measures 300 x 300 x 50 mm (approximately 12 x 12 x 2 inches). The SJ25-52 model includes 52 panels of this size.

The triangular shape (sawtooth texture) increases the contact surface with sound waves, thus improving acoustic absorption and reducing reverberation.

Are the panels environmentally friendly?

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the box and remove the product from the compression bag. Spread the product on an open ground and stand for 24-48 hours.

Note: In order to make the product return to shape quickly, the product be soaked in water, then twist dry the product. Finally, use the dryer medium-gear temperature to dry the product; if the product is wet, it affects the paste effect of the product;
