What air pressure is required to use the HCL-01 gun?

The compressor must provide at least 6 bar (0.6 MPa). The working pressure is between 0.6 and 0.92 MPa. Never exceed 0.92 MPa.

What type of liquid can I use?

Use a neutral liquid, not too thick, with a temperature between 5 and 50 °C. Avoid corrosive or flammable products.

How to clean the gun after use?

Immerse the nozzle in clean water, close the water valve, then press the trigger for 1 to 3 seconds. The gun cleans itself automatically. Then dry it and store it away from sunlight.

What to do if the pressure exceeds 0.92 MPa?

Excessive pressure can damage the device and pose a danger. Adjust the compressor to never exceed this limit.

Can I use non-original accessories?

No, using non-original accessories can cause malfunctions and void the warranty. Use only Vevor parts.

How to maintain the gun to extend its lifespan?

Clean it immediately after each use, empty the reservoir, dry it, and store it in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight.

What to do if the nozzle is clogged?

Immerse the nozzle in clean water and operate the trigger several times. If the problem persists, check that the liquid used is not too thick or contains impurities.

Can the gun be disassembled for repair?

1. Make sure the air compressor pressure reaches 6 Bar before use. Working pressure should be between 0.6-0.92 MPa. If the pressure exceeds MPa, it may cause damage and danger.
2. The liquid must be neutral, not too thick, and the temperature should be between 5
3. It should be cleaned immediately after use.

Keep the gun clean from the liquor that is retained; otherwise, it will corrode the inner side of the bottle.

Cleaning: put the nozzle into clean water, close the liquor valve, pull the trigger, and then it will wash automatically. Get the nozzle out, dry it, and maintain it without direct sunlight.

All you need to do is put the nozzle in water and pull the trigger for 1-3 seconds.
