IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Installation guide

Assemble the rotating handle

1.Remove the rotating handle from the package;	2.Insert the rotating handle into the corresponding rod at the top of the machi	3.Use the screwdrive to lock the screws.

Operation Instructions

·Power Supply: connect to AC 90-240V power.
·Power ON/OFF: press to switch ON/OFF.

·Speed Setting: press + or for Speed setting, Short press the speed to increase or decrease 5 turns each time, The long press speed cont to increase or decrease. (The recommended speed is 60-120 RPM)

- Run/Stop: During the operation of the machine, press to stop, Press

again to run, then press or for Speed setting.

-Forward/Reverse: press adjust forward or reverse.

Operation instruction:

1. Place the cake in the center of the turntable;
2. Adjust the horizontal and vertical knives to their proper positions;
3. Adjust the turntable speed 60-120 r/min. Use a piping bag to spread cream sides from bottom to top, Spread the top evenly from the center outward;
4. Clean horizontal knives and vertical knives. Cream on top;
5. Adjust rotating handle and bring the cake in at a right Angle;
6. Remove the vertical knife and remove the horizontal knife(note:Move vertical knife first);

Note:1. Please place the cake in the center of the turntable, otherwise cream will not spread evenly and the cake will fall.

CLEAN AND CARE RULES

Troubleshooting methods

Problem	Reason	Solution
Does not work.	The power supply not connected.	1.Check whether the power plug is properly inserted.2.Check whether the leakage protector is on.
Shaking of the machine	The machine is no level with the ground.	Adjust the four feet of machine so that the machine is level with the ground.
The turntable jumps too much.	The fastener is loose.	Check whether the fastener is loose. If not, ask a professional to debug it.
