Environmental Conditions
- Temperature and Humidity: Ensure the cabinet is placed in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity. Avoid overheating or excessive cooling, which could affect the performance of the internal equipment.
Power Management
- Stable Power Supply: Ensure all equipment in the cabinet is connected to a stable and interference-free power supply. Using an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can protect equipment from damage in case of failures.
- Cable Management: Properly plan cable paths, use cable ties or ca management systems to keep them tidy, preventing faults or safety hazards caused by disorganized cables.
Weight Distribution
- Evenly Distribute Weight: When placing equipment in the cabinet, be mindful of balancing the weight. Heavier equipment should be placed the bottom of the cabinet to prevent tipping or tilting.
- Check Load Capacity: Ensure not to exceed the maximum load capacity of the cabinet to maintain structural stability and safety.
Security and Access
- Lock Doors: If the cabinet has locking features, keep it locked when in use, especially in restricted access areas.
- Regular Inspections: Regularly check the locks and hinges of the cabi to ensure they are intact and that only authorized personnel can accept internal equipment.

Installation Steps
Open the package and ensure all components and accessories are complete and undamaged.
- Install Doors:
- Check the Latch:
Ensure the latch and corresponding catch are correctly aligned and free obstructions.
- Open the Latch:
Locate the central raised part of the latch (usually looks like butterfly wings).
Pull the central raised part outward until the latch pops open.
- Insert the Catch:
Insert the catch or locking piece into the corresponding slot, making it is fully inserted.
- Lock the Latch:
Push the central raised part back into place until you hear a "click," indicating the latch is securely locked.
- Check Stability:
Gently shake the latch to ensure it is fully locked and cannot be ea opened.
