What is the capacity of the 5GL dispenser?

The 5GL model has a capacity of 5 gallons, approximately 19 liters. There is also a 2.5GL version (about 9.5 liters).

How to avoid overflow when filling?

Do not fill the dispenser more than 11/4 inches (approximately 3.2 cm) from the top edge. Overfilling may cause spills or liquid splashing through the lid vent.

Can I put the dispenser in the dishwasher?

Yes, but first remove the gasket and avoid the latches getting caught in the conveyor. Other parts can be hand-washed or dishwasher-washed as recommended.

How to improve heat or cold retention?

For hot, preheat the interior with hot water before pouring the beverage. For cold, pre-cool the entire dispenser. Fill the container to its maximum capacity for better insulation.

How to disassemble the spigot for cleaning?

Unscrew the coupling nut, then the cap to expose the rubber seat cup. Pull the cup, push back the nut, remove the C-ring, then unscrew the wing nut to extract the spout. Clean all parts with a brush and a solution of hot water and urn cleaner.

What are the important safety instructions?

The dispenser can tip over and cause serious injury. Never let children play with or near it. Do not stand on the unit and do not exceed the specified weight capacity. Use only as intended.

Where to find spare parts for the spigot?

Does the dispenser require a power supply?

No, the 5GL model is a passive insulated dispenser (thermos) without electrical power. It maintains the temperature of hot or cold beverages through insulation.

Is it normal for drops to drip from the spigot after closing?

A slight seepage may occur if the spigot is not fully closed or if the rubber seat is worn. Make sure the lever is in the closed position and check the condition of the rubber seat cup. Clean the spigot regularly to avoid blockages.

• A child or adult can tip the insulated beverage dispenser and be ki seriously injured.
• Serious injury may occur to children and adults if not secured before installation.
• This product is not a toy. Children should not play with or around insulated beverage dispenser at any time.
• Use as intended only. Do not stand on the product.
• Do not exceed the listed weight capacity.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

PROPER USE OF YOUR INSULATED PRODUCT

1. Wash and rinse the unit prior to its use.
2. Preheating interior with hot water will improve heat retention.
3. Pre-chilling entire unit will improve cold retention.
4. Load container to its maximum capacity. Make sure the gasket is

place. Replace lid and lock in position.

CARE AND CLEANING OF INSULATED CARRIER

1. Clean after every use. Destaining compounds approved for food or beverage contact may be used. Ask your detergent supplier for prope compound.
2. Make sure gasket is removed prior to running through a dishwasher. Also, prevent latches from getting caught in the conveyor.

BEVERAGE DISPENSER FILLING INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION: Liquid can overflow or squirt out of the vent cap when set lid if the unit is overfilled.

TO PREVENT OVERFLOW, DO NOT FILL HIGHER THAN 11/4" FROM TOP.

CARE AND CLEANING OF THE FAUCET

To remove faucet assembly from unit:

1. Unscrew union nut to remove faucet from unit.
2. Unscrew bonnet from faucet body to expose rubber seat cup and end. Pull down on seat cup to remove.
3. Push back union nut and remove metal "c" ring. Unscrew wing nu remove spout from unit completely. Set aside large rubber washer, sn

rubber washer and "c" ring.

1. Depress faucet lever in "locked open" position to clean top of bon thoroughly.

2. Clean all parts of faucet with a solution of hot water and urn cle a faucet brush to clean the insides of the faucet and spout.

To return faucet assembly to unit:

1. Place small rubber washer on spout first. Then place spout inside

2. Place large rubber washer on spout from outside the unit.

3. Screw wing nut on spout with circle base facing the unit. Fit union spout with inner screw side facing out. Replace metal "c" ring.

4. Replace rubber seat cut on spring and stem end of faucet. Apply pressure to secure seat cup.

5. Screw bonnet onto faucet body.

6. Screw faucet onto spout and tighten union nut.
