How to install the heater on the wall?

To install the heater, choose a location at least 1.8 m from the floor and 0.5 m from the ceiling and side walls. Drill three 8 mm diameter holes, insert the wall plugs, then secure the bracket with three ST4*35 screws. Hang the heater on the bracket and fix it with two M6*14 screws and wing nuts. Make sure the rocker switch is on the right side.

What is the recommended safety distance?

The heater must be installed at least 1 m from combustible materials (furniture, curtains, etc.), 1.8 m from the floor, 0.5 m from the ceiling and 0.5 m from side walls. Never place flammable objects nearby.

Can I use this heater in a bathroom?

No, it is not recommended to use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or pool. The product is designed for indoor and outdoor use, but not in wet rooms without protection. Follow safety instructions to avoid risk of electric shock.

How to clean the reflectors and filaments?

Before cleaning, unplug the device and let it cool down. Remove the front grille with a flat screwdriver. Use a soft cloth and a smooth brush to clean the reflectors and filaments. The cleaner should not be too wet and should not contain chemicals. Avoid damaging the reflectors. Replace the grille after cleaning.

Is the remote control included?

Yes, a remote control is provided with the heater. It allows you to turn on/off the device, increase or decrease speed, and set the timer. Be careful not to lose the remote control.

How to set the timer?

On the touch screen, touch the display area until '00' flashes. Use the + and - keys to set the time from 0 to 24 hours. Once the flashing value is confirmed, the timer is activated. To cancel, press and hold for 3 seconds.

What to do if the heater does not heat?

First check that the device is properly plugged in and that the power switch is on. Make sure the remote or touch control works. If the problem persists, do not attempt to repair yourself; contact technical support via www.vevor.com/support.

Can I use an extension cord?

It is better to avoid using an extension cord as it could overheat and cause a fire. If you must use one, make sure it is rated for outdoor use, has an RCD (residual current device) and can handle 3000 W.

Can the heater be used outdoors?

Yes, this heater is designed for indoor and outdoor use. However, do not expose it to prolonged bad weather. Use it in a sheltered area and do not leave it in rain or snow. Unplug after use.

How to replace the reflector mirror?

Replacement of the mirror is recommended every two years to maintain efficiency. Before proceeding, unplug the device and let it cool down. Remove the front grille with a flat screwdriver. Carefully remove the old mirror and install the new one following the manufacturer's instructions. If in doubt, contact a professional.

Do not leave this unit unattended when in use.

This heater will get hot when in use. Do not touch hot surfaces.

Caution: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given when children and vulnerable people are present.

Do not move the unit when in use. Wait until the heater is completely cool before moving and check that it has been unplugged from the power supply.

Position the unit at least 1m away from highly combustible materials such as furniture, trees, leaves, dry grass and bushes.

The heater must be a minimum of 1.8m away from the ground and minimum of 0.5m away from the ceiling of a building or overhanging. The heater must not be placed with the heating element pointing upwards towards a ceiling. The heater element must be facing the area it is intended to heat. Warning: In order to avoid overheating do not cover the heater. It is not intended for drying clothes.

Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the unit.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Do not operate the heater if any signs of damage or malfunction appear.

Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical function of this unit. The unit does not contain any user serviceable parts. Only a qualified electrician should perform servicing or repairs. Attempting to repair the unit yourself will void your warranty.

If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not handle the element with bare hands. If it is inadvertently touched, remove finger marks with a soft cloth and methylated spirits or alcohol, otherwise the marks will burn into the element causing premature heat failure.

Do not replace or attempt to replace the element in this product.

This product is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Do not use this in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or swimming pool.

This product must not be left outdoors exposed to the elements for long periods of time.

Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.

Do not run the power cable under carpeting. Do not cover the power cable with rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange the power cable away from foot traffic and where it will not be tripped over.

Do not wind the power cable around the unit.

Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or open the heater, as this may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.

To prevent a possible fire, do not block the air vents.

A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where petrol, paint, explosive and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep the unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.

Where possible, avoid the use of an extension cable as this may overheat and cause a fire. However, if you have to use an extension cable, ensure it is suitable for the purpose, has been tested for outdoor use, and preferably has an RCD device fitted or attached.

Always ensure the heater is plugged into a suitable socket, one that is tested for outdoor use.

To disconnect the heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove the plug from the socket. Do not unplug by pulling on the power cable.

Always unplug the unit and ensure the unit is completely cold before moving, cleaning, or storing.

This heater is intended for domestic use only and should not be used commercially for contract purposes. Any alternative use, not recommended by the manufacturer, may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments on the heater is not recommended.

Warning: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when occupied by persons not capable of leaving a room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

Check exterior walls for areas of damage before installing the heater.

Always use on a dry, suitably strong, stable, flat, and level surface.

Check exterior walls for communication and electrical cables and pipelines. Should any service lines be present in the immediate vicinity, do not install your heater there; find an alternative location to install this product.

INSTALLATION STEPS OF THE WALL-MOUNTED

Before the installation, these matters need attention.

1. Products should be put down gently.
2. Acid and alkali environment installation is not recommended.
3. The product must be grounded.
4. The products are required to check the product brand mark on the voltage and the local voltage whether conform.
5. Ensure the power rating should have sufficient current carrying capacity.

Ensure the production's installation site

For the safe use of the product, the product installation position should guarantee the bottom minimum height of 1.8 m from the ground, ceiling roof, or other coverings minimum distance is 0.5 m , minimum distance both sides wall is 0.5 m

INSTALLATION STEPS

According to the product

1. installation location, use percussion drilling to make three diameter 8 round holes.

1. Insert the three plastic wall anchors to the three holes.

1. Fixed the bracket by three ST4*35 screws and make sure the insta points fixed securely.

4.Before fixed the heater, make sure the rocker power switch on the side and then fixed the bracket and heater by two M6*14 screws an butterfly nuts.

PRODUCT OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Basic operation: touch can activate the host, the digital screen display P0, light, touch can adjust the gear, a total of P0-P9 file, the host work will light up, touch the digital screen 00 flashing, touch at this time can set the timing time 0-24 hours, flashing after the

activation timing. Press long for 3 seconds to clear the timing.

When working, the touch can go directly into the standby machine.

If there is any problem with the heater, please contact a professional. 4. Check the cable and plug while cleaning the heater. If there is any problem with the heater, please contact a professional. 5. It is recommended to replace the reflector every two years to improve operating efficiency.

Cleaning
