2. The Ratchet Chain Binder must be used flexibly, and it is strictly prohibited to use it compulsorily when individual connections are inflexible

INSPECTIONS:

1.Before each use

Each time the ratchet style load binder is used, a visual inspection should be carried out to determine whether there are abnormal conditions such as cracking,bending,deformation,etc.

2.After each use

After each use, if the tightening of the ratchet style load binder is abnormal, the manufacturer or the supplier's authorized maintenance personnel should be advised to check immediately.

Suggestions for Safe Use of The Ratchet Style Load Binder

• According to the size of the binder, it should be used with the matching chain.
• When connecting the binder hook with the chain, hang the chain at the bottom of the hook.
• Do not knot the chain when using the binder.
• When using the binder, make sure that the binder is straight without folding and twisting.
• Due to the shipping(handing) or transportation, the binder may have knots at the connection between the ring and the hook or the screw rod may be tightened. Please smooth the them before use.

• Make sure that the chain is straight without folding and twisting, If the chain has knots, please smooth the chain before use. Do not use this product directly when the chain is twisted.

• The goods are bundled on hard or relatively hard objects. Whentightening the binder, please do not stretch your hand under the chain or avoid other objects that may affect personal safety.

• When using the binder, please confirm whether the goods can be fixed with the chain and whether the hardness of the chain will damage your goods.

MAINTENANCE

• Do not exceed WLL (working load limit).
• After use, Please clean and dry the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place.

WARNING:

Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.

To prevent serious injury from tool failure,do not use When it is damaged

1. Please check the overall condition of the binder before each use.

Is the screw loose flexible?

Is the main body deformed?

Does the opening of the hook widen?

Is the gear deformed?

Whether there are cracks in all parts.

1. Before each use, thoroughly test whether the binder works properly before actual use. If the binder doesn't work properly, please follow the inspection instructions to see if the problem occurs.

3.To prevent serious injury, be carefully when troubleshooting the faulty binder, solve all problems before use. If the solution provided in the troubleshooting guide cannot be solved problem, please ask qualified technicians to check the binder before use.

After the binder is repaired, twist the puller back and forth to see if it can retracted freely.
