What types of fruit can I use with this extractor?

The juicer is designed for oranges with a diameter of 40 to 80 mm. It is not suitable for hard or unpeeled fruits.

How do I start the machine?

Ensure the front cover is properly installed (safety switch pressed) and the automatic tap is in place. Plug in the power, press the ON button, then press the tap to start extraction.

What to do if the display shows E1 or E2?

E1 indicates the front cover is not correctly installed. E2 indicates the automatic tap is not correctly installed. Check their position and reinstall them.

How to clean the appliance?

Unplug the appliance and wait for it to stop completely. Wipe the main body with a damp cloth. Removable parts (lid, filter, etc.) can be washed with water. Never immerse the motor unit in water.

Can I use accessories not provided?

No, only accessories provided by the manufacturer or seller are recommended. Using third-party accessories may damage the appliance and void the warranty.

What to do if the machine does not turn on?

Check that the cover is firmly closed (safety switch pressed), the tap is in place, the plug is connected, and the fuse has not blown. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

How to reset the counter?

Hold the ON button pressed for 3 seconds. The counter returns to 0000.

Is it safe to leave the machine running unattended?

No, never leave the machine unattended. If it overheats, stop it immediately and unplug it.

How to replace the gears?

If abnormal noise occurs, the bevel or spur gears may be damaged. Refer to the manual for disassembly steps and use templates for alignment. It is recommended to contact a professional.

The juicer is made up of stainless steel shell, transparent plastic cover, food-grade plastic parts (Convex ball and Concave ball) and remaining collector. The structure is well-organized and rational. It is anti-corrosion, easy to wash. It could produce fresh and delicious juice in a few seconds after operation. It is an ideal machine to make juice and widely used in entertainments, restaurants and hotels.

Oranges with a diameter of 40 to 80 mm are suitable for the juicer. The operation is simple and convenient. The juicer is small and easy to operate, it can produce juice instantly. The juice is original and tasty, green and trendy.

2. Before operation:

1. The power supply must have the safety grounding system, and the

machine connection parts shall not be changed by self.

1. Check whether all parts are installed well. This product is equipped with safety system, only after the machine mask is correctly installed, it can work (whether the safety switch button is compressed), and otherwise it is difficult to start the machine.
2. Before first time using the product, please thoroughly clean the parts which contact with the food.

5.(1) Press the ON button, then press the automatic tap. The oranges are continuously fed into the feeding port (2000E-4 is automatically feeding). After the juice is extracted, the fresh orange juice will be

Counter:

The counting function shows how many fruits have been processed. When the switch is turned on, it will return to 0000 if you keep pressing the "ON" button for 3 seconds.

(1) If the screen shows E1, it means the front cover is not installed correctly.

(2) If the screen shows E2, it means the tap is not installed correctly.

1. When feeding, please do not insert your fingers or other objects into the feeding port. If the juice storage container or the fruit peel bucket is filled, switch off the power supply and then clean it.

1. After using this machine, turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply.

4. Maintenance and cleaning:

1. Before cleaning the product, the start switch must be turned off, disconnect the power supply, and wait until the machine stops completely.
2. Clean the product immediately after using.
3. The external parts of the main body can be wiped with a wet cloth. Please do not wash it with water directly. The unloaded parts can be directly put in water to clean.
4. Refer to the following steps to disassemble the parts for cleaning: (1) Unscrew the cover screw and remove the cover.

(2) Then remove the knife assembly (be careful not to cut your hand on the blade), the two scraper assemblies, unscrew the four screws, and remove the two sets of concave and convex balls (each set must be taken out simultaneously).

(3) After cleaning the product, reassemble each part in reverse order (especially ensure the safety switch button is pressed).

5. Troubleshooting and maintenance

(1) Electrical faults

1. The safety switch does not work:

(1) Check if the safety switch is in good condition; (2) Check if the safety switch is in the closed position.

For the orange juicer 2000E, press the safety switch button from the top of the cover.

1. The start switch does not work:

(1) Check if the start switch is in good condition; (2) Check if the start switch socket is plugged in.

1. The motor does not work:

(1) Check if the sockets on both sides of the power cord are tightened; (2) Check if the fuse is in good condition; (3) Check if the terminals in the motor switch box are securely connected. (2) Mechanical faults:

1. The bevel gear at the end of the motor output shaft meshes with the transmission:

(1) Check whether the size of the bevel gear wheel is damaged; (2) Check whether the meshing positions of the big and small bevel gear wheels are correct. Adjust the small bevel gear wheel to the correct meshing position and tighten the hex screws on the gear (when the small bevel gear wheel on the motor shaft position is moved down).

1. Damage of transmission cylindrical gear

(1) The transmission cylindrical gear is divided into a pair of large cylindrical gears (Z = 52) and a pair of small cylindrical gears (Z = 39). (2) Iron gears generally suffer tooth form damage. (3) If the cylindrical gear transmission has abnormal sound, it can be judged that the cylindrical gear is damaged. In the initial stage of gear damage, the machine work must be stopped immediately, and the damaged gear must be replaced. Otherwise, it will affect the relative position of the working parts of the machine, thus aggravating the damage of the gear, and until damage to the electrical machine and the working surface of the concave and convex balls.

Method for replacing the cylindrical gear:

A. Remove the damaged cylindrical gear and the related parts according to the assembly sequence. B. Use two square hole templates to lock the upper two of the four corner angle shaft parallels (figure 1), and then install the two big cylindrical gears.

C. Remove the two square hole templates.

D. Use one square and a triangle template to lock the left (or right) upper four corner angle shaft and lower triangular shaft (figure 2) under the ridge axis, and then install the small cylindrical gear.

E. The installation method of the other side of the small cylindrical gear is the same as D.
