How to start the Sogo SS-21721 humidifier?

Connect the power adapter to the DC port of the device, then plug it into the wall outlet. Press the Mist button once to turn on the diffusion. The indicator becomes green in standard mode.

How to set the timer?

Press the Timer button repeatedly to select 1h, 3h or 6h. After 6h, the device continues without time limit until water runs out.

How to change the LED colors?

Press the Light button. The first press activates automatic cycling through 7 colors. Subsequent presses allow fixing a specific color (from 3 to 16 presses). A long press of 1 second turns off the light.

Why is my humidifier not producing steam?

Check that the water level is correct (between minimum and maximum) and that the steam chip is not dirty. Make sure the top cover and base are properly closed. Always use the provided adapter.

How to clean the humidifier?

Turn off and unplug the device. Open the top cover and empty the water. Clean the tank with a clean, damp cloth. Never pour water through the air outlet. Let it dry before reuse.

Can I use essential oils with this humidifier?

Yes, it is an aroma diffuser. Add a few drops of essential oil to the water tank before starting the device. Only use oils suitable for ultrasonic diffusers.

What is the water tank capacity and autonomy?

The tank has a capacity of 400 ml. In standard mode, autonomy can reach up to 12 hours. It varies according to the chosen steam mode.

The humidifier stops by itself, is this normal?

Yes, the device has automatic safety shut-off when the water level is too low. Refill the tank and restart.

BEFORE START USING

1. Make sure the machine is not connected to the main power supply.
2. Open the aroma diffusor and take out the top cover.

1. Add few drops of aromatic oil into the water reservoir along with water.

1. Fill the water tank with water up to Max. sign (400ml)

1. Close the top cover and make sure it is completely fixed and tighten up.

Note: Do not operate the unit on a soft desktop or it will block the air inlet.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Connect the unit into the main power supply with the help of the provided AC power adaptor and press the mist button. The unit will start shooting fine particles of water into the air to humidify the surrounding zones and also diffuses the fragrance.
