USER MANUAL L1217 HMS Premium

This exercise equipment is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you assemble or operate your equipment. In particular, note the following safety precautions:

1. Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the equipment.
2. Only one person at a time should use the equipment.
3. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position the equipment on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the equipment near water or outdoors.
5. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing that could become caught in the equipment. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the equipment.
7. Use the equipment only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any sharp object around the equipment.
9. Disabled person should not use the equipment.
10. Before using the equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
11. Never operate the equipment if the equipment is not functioning properly.
12. A spotter is recommended during exercise.
13. This equipment is designed and intended for home and consumer use only, not for commercial use.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this equipment is assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury.

A. Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item.
B. Use the present tooling for assembling.
C. Before assembling please check whether all needed parts are available.
D. Always wait until all bolts have been installed before tightening them. Do not tighten each bolt immediately after installation.

INSTALLATION STEPS

STEP 1: UNFOLD THE WEIGHT BENCH

Spread the front and rear stabilizers of the bench as the instruction shown in "figure1". Open it out to the shape as it is shown in the "figure 2".

STEP 2: INSERT THE BOLT

a. Insert the #3 bolt into the hole at the joint.
b. Adjust the seat to your desired angle and insert the #2 bolt.
c. Adjust the back support to your desired angle and insert the #2 bolt.

1. The Seller, on behalf of the Guarantor, provides a guarantee in the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of 24 months from the date of sale.

2. The guarantee will be honoured by the shop or service centre upon presentation by the customer:

3. a legibly and correctly completed warranty card with the sales stamp and the seller's signature,

4. a valid proof of purchase of the equipment with the date of sale / receipt, the goods claimed.
5. Any defects and damage discovered during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within a maximum of 21 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the service.

6. In the case of the necessity to import parts, the repair period may be extended by the time necessary for their import, but not longer than 90 days.

7. The warranty does not cover:

8. mechanical damage and defects caused by them,

9. damages and defects resulting from improper use and storage,
   -improperassemblyandmaintenance,

10. damage and wear of components such as cables, straps, rubber parts, pedals, sponge grips, wheels, bearings, etc.

11. The warranty is void in the event of:
    -expirydate,

12. self-repair,
13. failure to observe the rules of correct operation.
14. Product returned for repair should be complete and clean. In the case of defects the service has the right to refuse acceptance for repair. If the product is delivered dirty, the service centre may refuse to accept it or clean it at the customer's expense with his written consent.
15. The warranty does not cover installation and maintenance work, which, according to the user manual, must be carried out by the user himself.
16. The guarantor also informs that it provides post-warranty service.

In case of non-conformity of the sold thing with the contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal remedies from and at the expense of the seller. The guarantee does not affect such remedies.
