How to assemble the L1237 weight bench?

Attach the rear foot tube to the main frame using the supplied M8*65 bolts, M8 lock nuts and flat washers. Tighten with the included tools. Refer to the manual for detailed diagrams.

How to adjust the backrest angle?

Pull the backrest upward and insert the adjustment bracket into one of the 8 slots on the rear frame. Available angles are 95°, 105°, 115°, 125°, 135°, 150°, 160° and 180°.

How to adjust the seat inclination?

Pull the seat upward and place the bracket into the front slots: 1st position = 0°, 2nd = -5°, 3rd = -12°.

What is the maximum supported weight?

The manual does not specify a maximum weight. For safety, we recommend not exceeding 150 kg (user + load) for home use.

Can I use this bench outdoors?

No, the bench must only be used indoors, away from moisture and dust. Place it on a flat surface, at least one meter from walls.

How to clean and maintain the bench?

How to activate the warranty?

4. Adjustment and usage guidelines

4.1 Adjust backrest and seat

There are 8 gear slots on the rear main frame. To adjust the angle of the backrest, manually pull up the backrest and securely place the backrest adjustment bracket into the gear slot on the rear main frame. In contrast, there are 3 gear slots on the front of the shelf. To adjust the seat angle, manually pull up the seat and securely place the seat bracket in the gear slot.
