Safety instructions
- Carefully read the instructions leaflet before first using your appliance: the manufacturer may not be held responsible for any incorrect use of the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
- Check that your appliance's power supply rating corresponds to your mains electrical supply. Any error in connection will cancel the terms of your warranty
- Your appliance is intended for domestic, culinary use inside the home.
- Disconnect your appliance as soon as you have finished using it, when you clean it and if there is a power failure.
- Never put your fingers or any other object in the blender jug when the appliance is running.
- Handle blades with care. They can cause injury.
- Do not use your appliance if it does not run correctly or if it has been damaged. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent (see list in the service handbook) or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Any intervention other than normal cleaning or maintenance by the customer must be performed by an authorised service centre.
- Do not put the appliance, the power supply cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not let the power supply cord hang in reach of children, close to or in contact with the hot parts of the appliance, close to a source of heat or a sharp edge.
- In the interests of safety, only use accessories and spare parts designed for your appliance.
- Use your appliance on a flat, stable, clean, dry surface and away from any water splashes.
- Always use your blender jug with the lid fitted.
- Do not put accessories in the microwave oven. Do not sterilise them.
- Do not let long hair, scarves, ties, etc. hang over the blender jug or accessories when in operation.
Tips for using your appliance
- Your device is intended for making soups, cocktails and delicious and nutritious cold drinks. Combinations of fruits and yoghourt, ice cream, ice cubes, juices and milk can be used.
- Never run the blender jug without ingredients or with dry products only and never pour boiling liquids into it.
- You can realize all the preparations during a time of functioning within 30 and 60s.
- Do not use for more than 3 minutes in continuous operation. Wait for a few minutes before starting your appliance again after 3 minutes of uninterrupted operation.
Instructions for use
- Clean the blender jug in hot, soapy water before first use.
Important advice:
- Set the control dial (E) to position (0) before placing the blender jug on the body of the appliance.

Set the blender jug (C) on the body of the appliance (D) then turn it to the locked position (see figure 2) using the handle.

Cut all the ingredients into cubes and then place them in the blender jug (C).
- It is best to start with liquids. Do not go over the maximum level shown on the jug (1L).
- You can add ingredients through the measuring cap hole while the appliance is running.
• Fit the lid (B) to the blender jug (C). - Connect the appliance
- To start the appliance, turn the control dial (E) to position “1” or “2” OR apply a few pulses using the “PULSE” position.
- To stop the appliance, set the control dial (E) back to "0".
- Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop before removing the jug.
- Remove the jug by unlocking it in the opposite direction to assembly (see figure3).
CAUTION: Never pour or mix liquids or food whose temperature is higher than 80^ C ( 175^ F) into the jug. When mixing hot food (which is below 80 C (175 F), keep your hands away from the lid and the cap to avoid any risk of burns or scalds.
Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance.
- Remove the jug and rinse it and its lid under running water.
- Wash the jug and lid in hot water with a few drops of washing up liquid.
- You can wash the blender jug and lid in the dishwasher.
- Clean the body of the appliance (D) with a moist cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Never immerse the body of the appliance under water or put it under running water.
- Handle blades with care. They can cause injury.
What to do if your appliance does not work?
