USER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for choosing our hydro foot spa. In order to let the product work better for you, please read all the instructions carefully before using it, even if you are quite familiar with appliance. To make future consultation, please keep the instruction manual in a safe place.

This manual also can be found and downloaded from our website www.sogo.es.

For the proper use of this, please read the following instructions carefully before using the appliance first time. Any incorrect use of appliance might cause serios health issues and injuries and sometimes even death of persons.

• This appliance is not intended for use by children or infirm persons without supervision. Never leave an appliance unattended when in use.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Switch off and remove the plug from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use. To unplug, grasp the plug and remove from power outlet. Never pull cord. Never carry the appliance by the cord.

• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

• Do not use an appliance for anything other than its intended use. The product is intended for household use only. The manufacturer strongly discourages any industrial or commercial use of it.

• Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. There are no user serviceable parts.
• Do not use outdoors.
  • Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately.
• Never immerse the device or plug in to water or any other liquid. If the device falls into the water, turn it off immediately and take it to an authorized service agent for repair before using it again.
• Do not use while bathing or showering.
• Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquids.
• Do not attempt to plug or unplug unit while feet are in water.
• Do not use attachments not recommended by the supplier, specifically any attachments not provided with the unit.
• Do not leave the Foot Spa unattended while it is operating.
• The appliance has a heated surface. Person insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance. If water leaks from the appliance, the appliance should no longer be used.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.

- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

- Do not use this appliance with a programmer, counter or another device which can automatically turn it on because if the appliance is covered or incorrectly positioned there is a danger of fire.

WARNING

- Never immerse the Foot Spa in water or other liquids.

- Always check the temperature of the water before placing your feet into the Foot Spa.

- Do not stand in the unit. Sit down and place your feet in the Foot Spa.

- Always unplug the unit when not in use and when filling, emptying, cleaning or moving the unit.

- The Foot Spa cannot be used to warm cold water.

- You must fill the unit with warm water properly as you need.

- Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the switch or removing the plug.

CAUTION

- An appliance should never be unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use.

- Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

- Never fall asleep while using the Foot Spa.

- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

- Do not operate under a blanket or pillow.

Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electrical shock or injury.

- If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using the Foot Spa.

- Individuals with pacemakers should consult a physician before using the product.

- In case of pregnancy, diabetes or illness consult your doctor before using the Foot Spa.

- If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Persistent pain could be a symptom of a more serious condition.

- Never use the Foot Spa on open wounds, discolored areas, or any area of the body that is swollen, burned, inflamed or where skin eruption or sores are present.

- Massage and heat should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your physician.

- Don't add bath oil etc into it as it may hold back the bubble function.

COMPULSORY WARNING

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

HOW TO USE YOUR FOOT SPA

• Ensure that the unit is unplugged before filling with water.
• Fill the Foot Spa up with warm water.
• Plug in and switch on.
• Sit down and place your feet in the spa.
• Turn the function dial to indicate the massage of your choice and obtain the following functions:
  0-OFF
  1 - VIBRATION
  2-BUBBLE & WARNING
  3 – VIBRATION, BUBBLE & WARNING

Enjoy the deep-penetrating massage while moving your feet forward and backward over the reflex zone. The bulgy point is designed according to the point of foot, can active the cells and eliminate your fatigue. Also you can massage on the roller massager. Choose each function massage as you like.

TO EMPTY

First, turn all controls to the 'OFF' position, then unplug the unit. Tip the unit allowing water to spill out along the drain spout. Never pour water over the control switch.

MAINTENANCE TO CLEAN

• Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth.
• Never allow water or any other liquid to come into contact with the control switch.
  • After cleaning, wipe surfaces with a dry cloth.
• Never use abrasives, detergents or cleaning agents.
• Periodically straighten the cord if it becomes twisted.

TO STORE

• Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow cooling.
  Store in its box or a clean, dry place
• To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
• Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
  • This appliance is designed for household use only.

WARRANTY

The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all implied warranties, other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

The original purchaser of this foot spa is provided with the following warranty, subject to the following conditions.

We warrant this product for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. The product or defective parts will be replaced free of charge.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. This warranty is only valid for appliances used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. This appliance must not be modified or changed in any way.
3. Connection must be to the voltage requirements as specified in the ratings label located on the product.
4. The manufacturer does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of the appliance.
5. Warranty will only be given where proof of purchase is provided, e.g. original invoice.
6. Not designed or warranted for industrial or commercial use.

RETAIN & FILE WITH YOUR RECEIPT

Your Purchase Receipt/ Invoice is proof of date of purchase. You must be able to present it at the place of purchase to obtain a replacement or service under warranty.

We reserve the right to discontinue items, modify designs and change specifications without Incurring obligation.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that descriptions, specifications and other information in this publication is correct, no warranty is given in respect thereof and the company shall not be liable for any errors therein.

After the expiry of the guarantee repairs can be carried by the competent dealer or repair service against the payment of the ensuing costs.
