PRECAUCIONES IMPORTANTES
- Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the device.
Please keep these instructions, the guarantee certificate, the sales receipt and, if possible, the carton with the inner packaging. - This appliance is not intended to be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person that is responsible for their safety.
- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be hold responsible for the damage.
- To protect children against the dangers of electrical appliances, please make sure that you never leave the appliance unattended. Therefore you have to select a storage place for the appliance where children are not able to grab it. Make sure that the cable is not hanging in a downward position.
- This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for.
- The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- Never use the device unsupervised.

SHORT CORD INFORMATION
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord. Extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. The cord should be arranged so that it will bet drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
It is important to read the instruction for use carefully.
Remove all packing material and labels (but not the rating plated)
Clean mould surface with a damp cloth.
Grease mould surface prior to firste.
Please, do not eat the fiStepe.
OPERATION
Insert the plug into a power outlet; turn the knob to min position. The red and green lights will illuminate.
Select the desired temperature. When the plate reaches the desired temperature the green temperature indication light will switch off.
When cooking crepes, preheat cooking plate then pour a small amount of batter onto the center of the cooking plate. Quickly spread the batter in circular movements using the batter spreader until desired diameter of the crepe is achieved.
Allow the crepe to cook until the crepe can be moved slightly on the cooking plate.
Insert the spatula under the crepe and turn the crepe over to cook the other side.
Cook crepe until just golden.
The thermostat controlled green light will switch on and off to maintain the temperature.
Remove the crepe from the cooking plate using the spatula. If the last crepe cooked was too dark, adjust the temperature selection before making your next crepe.
At the end of cooking, switch off the unit by turning the knob to off. Remove the plug from the socket. Allow the appliance to cool then clean before storing.
CLEANING
Prior to cleaning unplug appliance.
Clean with a paper towel while the appliance is still warm.
Remains of batter are best removed with a soft brush.
Never use pointed objects or hard brushes.
Never submerge appliance in water.
After cleaning you can roll up your cable, depending upon the type of appliance you have. You can put plug into the plug holder.

RECIPE
Basic recipe of crepes
Ingredients for 8 crepes:
- 250g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of sugar (coffee)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 litre of whole milk
- 50g of butter
Preparation
Pour the flinto a bowl. Mixing with wire whisk, gradually add the milk, eggs, salt and sugar. The dough must be smooth but not thick.
Leave it for 5 minutes and then we spread the surface of the machine with the butter and wait for the machine to warm up. To make the before, we take a soup ladle of dough and split to the entire surface.
Once the crepe has turned brown from below, after about 1 minute, we turn it with spatula to brown the other side.
Presentation Tips: savory crepes go well with salad, cheese, meat or vegetable sauce. The sweet crepes with chocolate, jam or cream.
