The appliance may only be operated on an electricity supply which corresponds to the voltage and type of current specified on the housing (See rating plate).

MEANING OF THE SYMBOL

1. Do not use this ceramic hair straightener while taking a bath or shower.
2. Always unplug this device using it.
3. Do not immerse this device or drop it water or any kind of liquid.
4. If this device falls into water UNPLUG it immediately, do not try to dry while it is plugged.
5. Do not use the appliance with wet hands and feet.
6. Do not use the appliance barefoot.
7. NEVER plunge the appliance into water and do not use it in very humid places.

WARNINGS

1. Do not leave this device without supervision while it is on.
2. Do not pull, twist or roll up the power cord around the hair iron.
3. Never use this device if the plug or the power cord is damaged.
4. Do not check if the straightener is hot by placing your hands on it.
5. After using the straightener, keep it away of

reach of children, because the product has been submitted to high temperature.

1. This appliance does not have reparable parts. If it does not work properly or if it is defective please take it to your service centre to have it checked, repaired or replaced (if within the warranty period).

5. When the hair straightener is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when it is switched off.

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

1. Children shall not play with the appliance.

2. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

3. The appliance heating plates' reach a very high working temperature, a critical feature needed to obtain a quality treatment. So please do not put the hot parts on the supply cable and be careful they do not come into contact with heat sensitive surfaces (plastics, wood, paper, etc.). Never put them near inflammables.

4. Periodically inspect the cord and the plug for possible wear signs. Avoid the cord becomes twisted while operating. Untwist it prior to store.

5. Use the appliance correctly, holding the special handle when proceeding to the treatment. Keep hot surfaces away from your skin.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Check that the On/Off switch, found on the handle, is in the OFF position, ensuring that the appliance is turned off.

2) Insert the appliance plug into an appropriate socket.

3) Turn the appliance on using the On/Off switch.

4) Set the desired temperature using the button on the top to select the desired temperature between 180^ C, 200^ C, 220^ C and wait until the plates reach the ideal temperature to start using it (about 2 minutes).

- Quickly press the switch twice under any temperature, the LOCK light turns on, which means the button is locked. Quickly press the switch twice again can unlock the button and the LOCK light turns off.

- During the operating process, if Four LED lights flash at the same time, please cut off and power on again. If the LED lights still flicker, which means the products have fault.

· The machine has the function of automatic shutdown after one hour. Starting to time from the last operation, after one hour, the machine will automatically shut down and stop working without any switch key operation. The machine will reheat only after press the button to open again.

· After operation, push the shutdown button and disconnect the power connection.

- Let it cool before storing it.

5) For better results, dry and brush your hair before straightening it with this appliance.

6) Split your hair in parts, approximately the width of the straightener, beginning from the root of the hair.

7) Place the separated parts of your hair between the straightener plates. Close the plate and slide it toward the hair end.

8) Brush your hair when you're done and you will see better results.

9) Unplug the straightener.

10) Let it cool before storing it.

CLEANING AND CARE OF THE DEVICE

Turn the appliance off, unplug it from the wall outlet and wait until the plates cool down before carrying out any cleaning activity.

Once the straightener has cooled completely, wipe it with a dry cloth.

Do not use chemical cleaners.

Some residuals may remain trapped within

the plates. In this case, wipe them with a cloth dampened with alcohol.

If the cord becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.

Store the appliance in a dry place.

Do not scratch the surface of ceramic coating plates with sharp objects or wipe with coarse materials.

Do not use this styler with strong chemicals, like perm lotion.

The ceramic coating may peel off after a long period of use. However, it would not affect the stylistic function of this iron
