- Press the "Power" button to enter working mode. By default, the first menu function activates and starts flashing. The digital display shows the time and temperature for this function. All menu functions remain illuminated. To cook food using the first menu function, press the play and pause button and the unit starts cooking. NOTE: A. When the frying basket is removed during any menu function operation, the fan and motor stop working, the LED screen panel and menu icon disappear, and the cooking time countdown stops. Once the air fryer basket is placed back, the cooking process resumes for the remaining cooking time.
B. The air fryer basket must be placed back within 10 minutes to continue the cooking function. If 10 minutes pass and the frying basket is not placed back, the cooking function must be reset.

E. When you start cooking with any menu function, the digital display shows the "COOKING" icon. If you pause the menu function, the digital display shows "PAUSED". Once any menu function reaches the end of its cooking time, "READY" appears on the screen and a beep sound is heard. The fan will continue to work for 30 seconds and the air fryer will enter standby mode.
- Remove the air fryer basket and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Do not place it on the air fryer.
- Turn off the device using the "Power/Start-Stop" button and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket.
- Remove the food from the frying basket.
- Allow the basket and rack to cool down and clean them as mentioned in the cleaning and maintenance process.
Shake the food halfway through the process.
To get the most out of your air fryer and achieve the best results, it is always recommended to shake or turn the food upside down halfway through the process to ensure even cooking. However, it is often difficult to remember to stop the air fryer, shake the food, and then start it again.
Auto reminder function to shake the food halfway through the process
So, this model of air fryer has an "auto reminder" function, which reminds you with a simple "5" beep signal and the control panel flashing "SHA" for about 20 seconds to shake or stir the food.
Functioning of the auto reminder function
The automatic reminder function is pre-set on the fryer in both pre-set and personalized menus. Assuming a 12-minute menu has been set. During the first half of the time (6 minutes), it will do the normal cooking, and when half (6 minutes) of the time remains, the display will show "SHA", it will begin to flash for about 20 seconds and a beep sound will come for "5" times to remind you that you can shake or stir the food. This is the time to remove the basket from the fryer. Once removed, the process will stop and the front panel will turn off. Stir the food and place the air fryer basket back into its position, and the air fryer activates automatically to complete the cooking process where it left off. And in case you don't want to stir the food, after 20 seconds, until the cooking process was suspended, the fryer starts working until the completion of the cooking procedure.
Note: Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes before preparing any type of dish. The above default data are for reference only; the user can adjust the desired temperature and time as required.
Tips
- Smaller size ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger size ingredients.
- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time compared to a smaller amount of ingredients.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result and can prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes after adding the oil.
- Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
- Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 500 grams. Use pre-made dough to prepare filled snacks quickly and easily. Pre-made dough also requires a shorter preparation time than homemade dough.
- Place a baking tin or oven dish in the air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche, or if you want to fry fragile or filled ingredients.
- Before using the device, make sure that the device and the outsides of the frying baskets are clean and dry.
- Do not use the device longer than 4 hours without a break.
- Do not leave the device switched on when it is empty.
- Do not place food that is still wrapped in cling film or plastic bags into the device.
- Make sure that the food does not come into contact with the heating elements.
- Do not overfill the drawer so that the hot air can circulate optimally inside the cooking chamber. Fill it no more than 1/3 full.
- Make sure that foodstuffs containing oil and fats are not overheated. There are possibilities of ignition.
- Always place the hot frying baskets on a heat-resistant surface after use.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Clean the appliance after every use.
- The pan and the non-stick coating basket: do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.

- After cooking, frying basket should not be placed directly on the countertop to avoid burning the countertop.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Clean the frying basket, grill, and tongs with warm water, some cleaning liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- You can use degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt. Tip: If dirt is stuck to the basket, fill the basket with hot water and some cleaning liquid. Place the frying grill into the basket and let them soak for a few minutes.
- After a few minutes, when the grease and dirt come out, wash it with soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
