Intended use: This device is suitable exclusively for shaving human hair.
The device is designed for indoor use only and was developed for professional use in hair salons.
Before using the device, check that the amperage setting on the device corresponds to the power outlet. When using electrical equipment - especially with children nearby - basic safety measures must be observed.

CAUTION! Electric Shock:

• Do not operate the device with wet hands.
• Do not wash the device under running water.
• If the device overheats, stop using it and let it cool down before using again.
• Immediately unplug the device after use.
• Keep the device away from moisture, water and other liquids.
• Do not use the device in the bathtub, shower, over a sink filled with water or with wet hands.
• The device must not be immersed in water or other liquids. Do not touch a device that has come into contact with water - immediately remove the mains plug.
• The device must be disconnected from the mains for cleaning, care and maintenance.

• Do not use the device if the connecting cable is damaged. Disconnect the device from the mains immediately and inform the EFALOCK customer service.
  • Always connect the plug to the device first, before plugging in to the power outlet.

Do not use this device near bathtubs, washbasins or other objects containing water.

- Keep the device out of the reach of children. Also keep the packaging material, such as film, away from children.

- Only charge the device's built-in rechargeable battery using original accessories.

WARNING!

- Risk of injury from sharp blades! Never touch the blades while the device is in ation.

- Never set the device down while it

is running. Always switch the device off when interrupting the cutting process.

- If the battery leaks electrolyte solution, avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. Wash the affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor.

WARNING!

- Health hazard from care oil! Keep the filled oil bottle out of the reach of children. Don't ow! Avoid eye contact. Dispose ttle only when empty.

- Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on.

- Careful supervision is required if the device is used near / for / or in the vicinity of children or disabled persons.

- Do not use spare parts that have not been recommended or sold by the seller.

- Keep the connecting cable away from hot surfaces.

- If the device does not work properly, has been dropped, damaged or dropped into water, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised service centre.

- Never let the product come into contact with chemicals, hair colours

Mains and rechargeable battery operation

Please fully charge the battery before first use. To avoid damaging the rechargeable battery, do not exceed the charge time of 120 min. During the charging process, the indicator light illuminates RED.

Do not charge the device near heat sources or sunlight. This hair trimmer can be used with mains or rechargeable battery power.

▷ Lay the cable of the power supply unit so that nobody can trip over it.

How to use

1. Remove the blade guard (1) and the shaving head cover (3).
2. Press the ON/OFF switch (2).
   The indicator light illuminates GREEN.
3. Switch off the device when using the clip-on combs.

CLEANING, CARE, STORAGE

▷ Before maintenance, switch off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.

Cleaning the device

Clean your device with the cleaning brush provided. Wipe the device housing with a damp cloth. Lubricate the gap between the fixed and moving blades with 2 drops of oil before each use.

Storage

If you intend to store the device unused for a period of time, ensure that it is charged beforehand. Store in a cool and dry location.

▷ Do not wind the cable around the device.

Use only original spare parts that you can order from an EFALOCK service partner.

DISPOSAL

This device is marked in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU. This electrical device must not be disposed of in the general waste bin at the end of its service life. It should either be handed in at a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment or returned to the distributor. This

also applies to electrical devices that are not used in the private sector, but for example in trade or crafts. If the responsible local public waste disposal facilities do not accept electronic devices that are not used privately, their waste advice centre will provide information on environmentally friendly disposal.

The symbol on the product, the operating instructions or the packaging indicates this. The materials are recyclable according to their labeling. With the reuse, material recycling or other forms of recycling of old devices, an important contribution is made to protecting the environment.

COMPLIANCE WITH EU DIRECTIVE 2006/66/EC

This electrical device contains a Li-Ion battery. The battery must never be disposed of in the residual waste bin. Owners of waste equipment must generally separate waste batteries and rechargeable batteries that are not enclosed by the waste equipment from the latter before handing them in at a collection point.
