What to do if the floodlight is damaged?

Before each use, check that the floodlight is not damaged. If the device is damaged, do not use it and contact a qualified electrician or the manufacturer's after-sales service. A damaged protective housing cannot be replaced and the floodlight must be disposed of.

Can I use this floodlight with an external dimmer?

No, the floodlight is not suitable for use with external dimmers. Using a dimmer may damage the device or cause malfunction.

How to clean the floodlight?

Always unplug the floodlight before cleaning. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use solvents, abrasive cleaning products or similar.

Can the LED bulb be replaced?

No, the LED light source is not replaceable. When the LED reaches the end of its life, you must replace the entire floodlight.

How to mount the floodlight on a tripod?

Use the holes in the holding bracket (marker D on the illustration) to attach the floodlight to a Brennenstuhl tripod. Fixing materials are not supplied with the floodlight.

Does the floodlight turn on automatically?

Yes, as soon as the plug is inserted into a suitable socket, the floodlight turns on automatically. There is no switch.

What is the protection class and IP rating?

The floodlight is protection class I and has an IP rating of IP65 (protected against dust and water jets) and an impact resistance of IK08.

Can I use this floodlight outdoors?

Yes, the floodlight is designed for indoor and outdoor use thanks to its IP65 rating. However, observe the temperature range of -20°C to +45°C.

What to do at the end of the floodlight's life?

Do not dispose of the device in household waste. According to European Directive 2012/19/EU, used electrical appliances must be collected separately for environmentally friendly recycling. Inquire at your local authority.

Attention: Before use of the light, please carefully read the operating instructions and store them at a proper location!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Always check the product for damage before use.

Never use the product in case of any damage. In case you find the product to be damaged, please refer to an electrician or the manufacturer's service address.

Non-compliance poses a risk of fatal injury from electrical current!

• Do not use the product in potentially explosive atmospheres - danger of death!
• Keep the light away from children. Children are not aware of the risks posed by electric current.
• Please never look directly into the light.
• A destroyed protective cover cannot be replaced. The light has to be disposed of.
• The external flexible line of this lamp cannot be exchanged; if the line is damaged, the lamp has to be scrapped.

COMMISSIONING

Place the light on a dry and level surface. As soon as the main plug is inserted into a suitable socket, the light is automatically switched on.

TRIPODMOUNTING

By means of the holes in the holding bracket (D in the figure), the light can be mounted on a Brennenstuhl tripod (fastening material not included in the scope of delivery).

CLEANING

Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply.

Do not use solvents, caustic cleaning agents or similar products. Only use a dry or slightly moistened cloth for cleaning.

MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION: The LED lamp does not contain components that require maintenance. The light source of this lamp cannot be replaced If the light source has reached the end of its service life, the entire lamp has to be replaced. The lamp may not be opened.
