IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES

When using electrical appliances, basic rules should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:

1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given appropriate supervision or training regarding use of the appliance in a safe manner. and they understand the dangers involved. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance to be

carried out by the user should not be carried out by children without supervision.

1. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this appliance.
2. Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
3. CAUTION: For the safety of your children, do not leave packaging material (plastic bags, cardboard, polyethylene, etc.) within their reach.

13. WARNING: In case of misuse, there is a risk of possible injuries.

- This appliance is intended for use by expert or trained users in shops, light industry and on farms, or for commercial use by non-professionals.

• The unit is designed for use only with R-290 (propane) gas as the designated refrigerant.
• The refrigerant circuit is sealed. Only a qualified technician should attempt to open it!
• R-290 (propane) is flammable and heavier than air. It accumulates first in low areas, but fans can circulate it.
• If propane gas is present or even suspected, do not allow untrained personnel to attempt to find the cause.
• The propane gas used in the unit is odorless. The lack of odor does not indicate a lack of gas leakage.
• If a leak is detected, immediately evacuate all persons from the store, ventilate the room, and contact the local fire department to inform them that a propane leak has occurred. Do not allow anyone to return to the room until a qualified service technician has arrived and has advised you that it is safe to return to the store.
• Open flames, cigarettes or other potential ignition sources should not be used in or near the units.
• Components are designed for propane and do not encourage or produce sparks. Component parts should only be replaced with identical repair parts.
• Do not use an extension cord or adapter plug.
• Do not leave the unit running unattended. Do not tilt or turn the unit.
• Do not climb or sit on the unit.
• Do not insert your fingers or other objects into the air outlet.
• Do not clean the device with any chemical products.
• Make sure the unit is away from fire, flammable or explosive objects.

- Do not use means to accelerate the defrosting process or to clean other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

- The appliance should be stored in a room without sources of continuous operation (for example: open flames, a gas appliance running, or an electric heater running).

- The appliance must be stored in a way that prevents mechanical damage.

- Do not unmold or burn, even after use.

- Please note that coolants may be odorless.

- Pipes must be protected from physical damage and must not be installed in an unventilated space, if that space is less than 4m^2 .

- Keep necessary ventilation openings free of obstructions.

- Compliance with national gas regulations must be observed.

- Use this unit at an ambient temperature of 5^ to 38^ .

- Do not use it outdoors. This dehumidifier is designed for indoor residential applications only.

- Do not operate near walls, curtains or other objects that may block entry and exit.

- Keep the air inlet and outlet free of obstacles.

- If tilted more than 45^ , allow the unit to stand upright for at least 24 hours before turning it on.

- Keep doors and windows closed for better energy savings.

- Do not operate or store the unit in direct sunlight or rain.

- It is normal for the air outlet to feel warm to the touch after continuous operation on hot days.

- Empty the water tank before moving the device.

• Make sure the water tank is installed correctly; Otherwise, the unit will not operate properly.
• The dehumidifier turns on in the mode selected when the unit was last used.
• The dehumidifier starts dehumidifying if the room humidity is 3% higher than the selected humidity.
• There is a 3 minute compressor protection delay. Wait 3 minutes for the dehumidifier to resume dehumidification.

⚠️ Any person involved in the repair or interruption of a refrigeration circuit must hold a current valid certificate from an accredited testing authority authorizing their competence to handle refrigerants safely.

Service should only be performed as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Maintenance and repairs requiring the assistance of other trained personnel shall be carried out under the supervision of a person competent in the use of flammable refrigerants.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS COULD RESULT IN EXPLOSION, DEATH, INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

SCREEN

Shows the current humidity percentage of the room or the hours remaining in timer mode.

ON / OFF

Press the button to turn on the dehumidifier.

NOTE: Pressing this button does not disconnect the device from the power.

MODE

The device has two modes:

- Dehumidification

- Continuous dehumidification. Humidity cannot be set in this mode.

FAN SPEED

The fan has two speeds, high and low. Press the button to change the speed. The corresponding indicator will light.

TIMER

The dehumidifier can be programmed to turn off or on within a range of 1 to 24 hours. When the timer is set, the indicator light will illuminate.

- Auto off:

With the device working, press the indicated button and set the time by pressing "+" or "-" to select the number of hours you want to pass before turning off.

NOTE: after a few seconds the screen will show the humidity again.

- Auto start:

With the device off, press the indicated button and set the time by pressing "+" or "-" to select the number of hours you want to pass before it turns on.

NOTE: after a few seconds the screen will show the humidity again.

HUMIDITY/TIME ADJUSTMENT

Adjust humidity or time.

• To adjust the humidity level:

Humidity can be between 30 and 90% RH. It is increased or decreased in 5% increments.

FILTER RESET

After 250 hours of operation, the indicator will light to remind you to clean the filter. Press the button after to reset the alarm.

LIGHT SWITCH

Press the button to turn the panel light on and off.

FULL TANK

This light will come on when the tank is full to remind you to empty it to continue using the dehumidifier.

DEFROST MODE

When the room temperature is low, the dehumidifier enters defrosting mode and the indicator lights up.

ATTENTION: The dehumidifier will stop operating after 24 hours without interruption for one hour. During this time, the device can still be set up, but the mode lights will flash for 3 seconds. The unit will restart automatically after that time.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

- Start up

1) Insert the plug into a power outlet. The voltage of your home installation must match that shown on the nameplate.
2) Make sure the water tank is inserted correctly. After turning on the dehumidifier for the first time, if the "Tank Full" light illuminates, remove the water tank, check that the "float" can move freely, and then insert the tank back into place.

- Full tank light

When the water tank is full, the appliance will stop and the "Tank full" light will illuminate. The water tank must be carefully removed from the appliance by sliding it out from the front and emptied. When the empty tank is properly placed back into the dehumidifier, it will turn on again and operate normally.

- DEFROST MODE

When operating at low temperatures (less than 12^ C), the surface of the evaporator accumulates frost and affects the efficiency of the dehumidifier. When this happens, the machine will automatically enter defrosting mode. This is totally normal. The defrost lamp will turn on. The unit will operate at temperatures up to 5^ C. Defrosting time may vary. If the dehumidifier freezes, turn it off for a few hours and then restart it. It is not recommended to use the dehumidifier in temperatures below 5^ C.

CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE

- The continuous drain function can be started by following the steps below when there is good drainage near the unit.

1. Prepare the drain tube
2. Remove the drain cover from the drain outlet.3. Remove the rubber plug inside the drain cover and place it in the reservoir for storage.
4. Pass the hose through the drain cap.
5. Connect the hose to the drain port.
6. Screw the drain cap back onto the drain outlet.
7. Place the tank in its original location.

- Correct way to place the water drain hose.

When continuous drain is used, the hose should be placed below the drain hole. Avoid uneven surfaces and do not "kink" the hose.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before cleaning the dehumidifier, make sure it is disconnected from the power supply.

1. Clean the case

A. Wipe the case with a soft, clean cloth.
B. If the dehumidifier is dirty, clean the body with a damp cloth and a little neutral detergent.
C. Do not clean the appliance directly with water as it may cause electric shock.

2. Clean the air filter

The air filter serves to filter dust present in the air. If the filter is clogged, the appliance will consume more electricity. To remove moisture more effectively, clean the filter once every two weeks.
