- Insert cut into pieces foods in the transparent lid (2) supply pipe.
- Insert the tamper (1) in the supply pipe and let it slide in the pipe.
- Delicately press downwards using the tamper to ease foods processing.

Do not put an excessive pressure on the tamper as this could negatively affect the final result, going so far as to block the bucket (blade) (3) too.

Never insert your fingers or other objects in the supply pipe. ONLY use the tamper (1).

Tips
- Use fresh fruit and vegetables as they contain more juice. Pineapple, beets, celery stalks, apples, cucumbers, carrots,Spinaches, melons, tomatoes, pomegranates, oranges and grapes are particularly suitable for centrifuge processing.
- It is not necessary to remove thin skins. Only harder skins must be removed, like those of oranges, pineapples and raw beets. Remove fruit nuts/seeds too, as they could have a bad taste and damage the filter/grater disc.
- When you prepare an apple juice, remember that apple juice density depends on the type of apple too. Choose the type of apple which produces your favourite juice. Apple juice darkens very quickly. To slow this process add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Fruit which contains starch, such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs and mangos, is not suitable for centrifuge processing. Use a blender for these fruits.
- Leaves and leaves stalks (for example lettuce) can be processed in the centrifuge too.
- Drink juice immediately after extracting it. If it's exposed to air even only for a little bit of time, juice loses its taste and its nutritional value.
- To extract the maximum juice quantity always press the tamper slowly.
-
The centrifuge is not suitable for processing very hard and/or fibrous/rich in starch fruits and vegetables, such as sugar cane.
-
Clean the bucket (blade) every 300 gr when using grapes, apples or currant to obtain a better result.
- It is possible to prepare juices from different fruits or vegetables without cleaning the centrifuge every time, their tastes won't mix.
- Consume juice in a short time after preparing it and add lemon juice to preserve it for some hours.

Use the "PULSE" function only for short periods (max 2 seconds) and/or for operations which need continuous checks, even during the food processing.

Precautions
- Before use, place the appliance on a stable and regular surface and start it following the described methods.
- Before pressing, make sure that the bucket (blade) and the pin are firmly steady in their correct place and that there's no friction between the bucket (blade) blade and the transparent lid. Place the transparent lid, firmly close the handle, then turn on the appliance.
- During pressing, make sure that there's not too much juice or scrap in the collection container and in the scraps collection cup; if they're too full, please disconnect the power socket of the appliance from the power supply, empty them and then use the appliance again.
- During use, do not open the container lid. If the current is connected, do not insert your hand or any other object in the loading conduit as this could cause incidents or could damage the equipment.
- To prolong the appliance duration and efficiency, the motor has been equipped with a safety device against overheating. If the motor work for long or if it's overcharged, when it exceeds the alarm temperature the current gets automatically excluded. In this case, remove the plug from the power socket and wait for the motor to cool down (about 30 minutes) before using the appliance again.

It is strictly forbidden to sanitize all the appliance components with high temperature disinfection devices or to subject them to disinfection through steam or boiling.

Before performing the cleaning operation, always disconnect the plug from the power socket.

For the appliance cleaning do not use abrasive sponges or detergents or aggressive liquids like alcohol or acetone.
- The appliance cleaning is easier if it's performed immediately after use.
- Turn off the appliance. Extract the plug from the wall outlet and wait until the bucket (blade) (3) stops rotating.

Do not touch the small sharp blades at the base of the bucket (blade) (3). They're very sharp.
- Disassemble the appliance in the following order:
a. Remove the containers (12 and 13).
b. Remove the tamper (1).
c. Free the lid (2) by releasing the levers completely (5).
d. Remove the lid.
e. Remove the collector (4) together with the bucket (blade) (3).
f. Wash these parts in hot water with a soft sponge and dishes liquid detergent.
q. Abundantly rinse all the components with running water and then dry them.

Stainless steel components (bucket/blade "3") can be washed in a dishwasher (MAX 65^ ).

h. Clean the appliance body (7) with a damp cloth.

Do not immerse the appliance body (7) in water or rinse it under running water.

Do not use abrasive or corrosive sponges or detergents.

Before inserting the plug in the mains outlet, ensure that the appliance and all its components are completely dry.
N1 - BUCKET (BLADE) (3):
- Do not use abrasive or corrosive sponges or detergents.
- Clean it immediately after each use with the help of a cloth or of a soft brush (toothbrush type).

Do not touch the small sharp blades at the base of the bucket (blade) (3). They're very sharp.
