What to do if the power supply does not turn on?

Check that the power cable is properly connected and the wall switch is in the ON position. Make sure the 0/1 button on the back of the unit is set to '1'. If the problem persists, test with another outlet or contact support.

How to connect the power supply to the motherboard?

Connect the ATX 20+4 pin connector (the largest) to the corresponding port on the motherboard. Insert the EPS 4+4 pin connector (often 8 pins) for CPU power. Ensure the locks click into place.

Can I use this power supply for a high-end graphics card?

This 500W power supply can power a mid-range graphics card. Verify that the graphics card has compatible PCIe connectors (2 x 6+2 pin provided) and that the total system power (CPU + GPU) does not exceed 480W on the +12V rail.

The fan is noisy, is this normal?

The 120 mm fan runs continuously. Slight noise is normal. If the noise is abnormal (grinding or clicking), this may indicate a defect. In that case, stop using and contact after-sales service.

How to clean the power supply?

Unplug the power cable. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior of the casing. Never open the casing: internal components are live and not user-serviceable. Clean the ventilation grilles with compressed air if necessary.

What types of cables are included?

Lifespan depends on usage conditions (temperature, load). Under normal use, a quality power supply can last 5 to 8 years. It is recommended not to exceed 80% of the maximum continuous load.
