How to correctly install the DO3120 microwave oven?
Place the oven on a flat, stable surface. Respect the minimum distances: 20 cm at the rear and sides, 30 cm above, and a minimum height of 85 cm. Do not install in a cabinet and keep away from heat or moisture sources.
What to do if the oven does not start?
Check that the plug is fully inserted into the outlet, the door is properly closed, and the fuse has not blown. Unplug and replug after 10 seconds. If the problem persists, contact a professional.
How to clean the interior of the microwave oven?
Unplug the appliance. Clean the interior with a slightly damp cloth after each use. The turntable and ring can be washed in warm water with mild detergent. Never use abrasive or corrosive products, and never immerse the appliance.
Can I heat hard-boiled eggs or food in sealed containers?
No, this presents an explosion risk. Never heat eggs in their shell or hard-boiled eggs, nor sealed containers (baby bottles, jars, etc.). Always remove lids and pierce bags to allow steam to escape.
How to defrost food with the DO3120?
Set the power knob to 'M.Low' (Defrost, 33% power). Place food in a suitable container on the turntable. Select the defrost time according to the table in the manual (e.g., 1min30 to 26min for 0.1-1 kg of meat).

A slight noise can be normal, but if excessive, clean the oven bottom and turntable ring to remove debris. Make sure the turntable is correctly placed on the ring.
Can I use the microwave oven without the turntable?
No, the turntable and ring must always be used during cooking. All food and containers must be placed on the turntable to ensure even cooking.
How to adjust the power and cooking time?
Use the upper knob to select the power (Low, M.Low, Med, M.High, High). The lower knob sets the time up to 35 minutes (in 1 min increments up to 10 min, then 5 min increments). Turn it past 15 min first if you want a time under 15 min.
