Note:

USE OF THE CONTROL PANEL

1. Timer knob

Maximum time is 30 minutes.

2. Function control knob

Your microwave oven has 6 different power levels:

  1. High: 100% of the power is used. Can be used for fast cooking.
  2. M. High: 85% of the power is used.
  3. Med: 66% of the power is used. For slow cooking.
  4. M. low: 40% of the power is used.
  5. Defrost: 37% of the power is used. For defrosting food.
  6. Low: 17% of the power is used. Can be used for keeping warm.

COOKING PROCEDURE

  1. Put the plug into the power socket.
  2. Place the food on the glass turntable and close the door.
  3. Choose the desired power level with the function control knob.
  4. Adjust the timer. When you want to use the timer for less than 2 minutes, you first need to turn the timer passed 3 minutes and then turn it back to the desired time.
  5. The oven will start operating. The cooking can be stopped at any time by opening the door. When closing the door, the oven will start operating again.
  6. A bell signal will be heard when the selected time has passed.

Attention: when you remove the food out of the oven before the signal, make sure to turn the timer to "0". This prevents the oven from starting to operate again

without food in it, which could damage the oven.

  1. We recommend to use oven gloves when removing cooked food from the oven.

Remarks when defrosting food:

The defrost function is one of the possibilities of your oven. This is safer than defrosting at room temperature, because it will prevent the development of harmful bacteria.

  1. Turn the function control knob to the defrost function.
  2. Select the time, depending on the frozen food. Defrosting usually takes up more time than normal cooking. Turn over the food at least once during defrosting, to check whether it is done. When you can cut the frozen food with a knife, it is usually defrosted enough.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The following steps are recommended after each use.

  • Never use any scouring pads or aggressive cleaners to clean the oven.
  • Remove the plug from the socket and let the oven cool down completely.
  • Remove the turning ring and turntable and clean them in warm soapy water.
  • Use a soft moist cloth to clean the door, the inside, the outside and the control panel.
  • When oil or soap has been spilled in the microwave oven, this must be cleaned up. Otherwise smoke can occur during the next use.
  • When the inside of the microwave oven has a bad smell, you can put in a cup of water with a bit of lemon in it and let this boil inside the microwave for about 5-7 minutes. This will most likely remove the bad smell.
  • Dry all parts thoroughly and place them back into the oven.

REPAIR

All repairs can only be done by a qualified person. Don't ever try to repair your microwave yourself. You will risk being exposed to microwaves, which can be hazardous for your health.
