The blade in the tip (4) and the knife (8) are consumable items and are not covered by the warranty.

The knives (4 and 8) must not be cleaned with bare hands. A brush should be used for cleaning.

• GENERAL DESCRIPTION

- INTENDED USE

The IK1002 multifunctional shredder is a modern appliance for special tasks. It provides fast and precise shredding of selected products, and can also whip foam or cream. It can also in the preparation of dough.

- OPERATION

After unpacking the device, make sure that it has not been damaged in transit. If in any doubt, refrain from using it until you contact a service center.

Speed settings

The unit starts operation by pressing and holding button (1 or 2).

When button (2) is pressed, a higher speed is achieved.

The crusher works as long as the on / off switch (1 or 2) is pressed.

• USE

Before first use all components outside the body must be thoroughly washed and dried (see: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).

NOTE The temperature of the products being processed must not exceed 60°C.

CRUSHING TIP (4)

  • Put the tip (4) on the body (3) and lock it (fig. 2) - make sure the tip is properly seated.
  • Immerse the blade in the mixed (crushed) liquid completely.
  • Press and hold button (1 or 2).
  • Crush the ingredients in circular movements until the desired consistency is obtained.
  • When finished working, detach the tip (4) from the body (3) - fig. 3.

When mixing (grinding) hot liquids, be careful not to overheat the tip (4).

The crusher cutter (4) is very sharp. It can be touched only when the appliance is disconnected from the mains and stopped.

WHISK (4)

Whisk (5+6) serves only to whisk cream and egg whites. Using a whisk for other products will damage the appliance.

  • Put the adapter (5) on the body (3) and lock it - make sure it is properly seated and then install the whisk in the adapter - fig. 4.
  • Place the ingredients in a container (10) or another deep dish.
  • Press and hold the button (1 or 2) - to avoid splashing start at low speed.
  • Whip to obtain the desired consistency.

CONTAINER WITH KNIFE (7+8+9)

It is designed for shredding ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, cheese, eggs, garlic, herbs, etc.

Ice, frozen products, bones and other hard products must not be shredded.

The knife (8) is very sharp. It should only be touched when the appliance is switched off and only when it stops.

  • Cut the products into smaller pieces.
  • Insert the knife (8) into the container (9) and place the pre-prepared ingredients in the container.
  • Place the lid (7) on the container (9).
  • Fit the body (3) into the lid (7) - make sure it is seated correctly - fig 5.
  • Press and hold the button (1 or 2).
  • Grind until the desired consistency is reached. If the ingredients stick to the wall of the container, scrape them off with a spatula.

Do not scrape the ingredients with your hand.

  • Wait until the knife stops before removing the products, then disconnect the body (3) from the lid (7).
  • Remove the lid (7), carefully remove the knife (8) by grasping the top of the knife and then pull out the products.

• CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • No components are suitable for washing in dishwashers.
  • Disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning.
  • The device must not be immersed in water.
  • Do not clean the appliance with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as this may damage the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the tip (4), beater adaptor (5) and cover (7) completely in water. Total immersion in water (4, 5, 7) may result in damage and loss of warranty.
  • Disconnect the tip (4) and the beater (6) with the adapter (5) from the body (3) for washing. They can be washed with water with the addition of dishwashing liquid. Only the tip of the knife and the tip of the beater can be immersed,
  • Body (3) can be wiped with a damp cloth,
  • The remaining items can be washed in warm water with a little liquid added to the dishes and rinsed under a stream of running water,
  • Containers (9, 10) are not suitable for storing products in the refrigerator.

Knife (8), chopper knife (4) must not be cleaned with bare hands.

Use a brush for cleaning.
