How to connect the LRG-CMT313 microphone to my computer?

Plug the supplied USB cable into a USB port on your computer. Your computer will automatically recognize the device and install the necessary driver (Plug and Play).

What to do if my computer does not recognize the microphone?

Restart your computer and connect the microphone to a different USB port. Make sure the port works with other devices.

Why is there no sound after Windows 10 update?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and enable 'Allow apps to access your microphone'.

How to adjust the microphone volume?

Turn the volume knob clockwise to increase the volume, counterclockwise to decrease. Turn it fully left to mute.

How to activate or deactivate mute mode?

Turn the volume knob counterclockwise all the way to activate mute. Turn the other way to reactivate sound.

How to install the swivel mount?

Unscrew the threaded metal ring from the microphone, install the swivel mount, then screw the ring back on. Then, screw the swivel mount onto the top of the tripod or desktop stand.

How to adjust the microphone angle?

Use the thumb screw on the swivel mount: turn left to loosen, adjust the angle, then turn right to tighten. The microphone can rotate 360° horizontally.

PACKAGE CONTENT

INTRODUCTION

This device is operating on the principle "Plug and Play". Please connect or insert necessary device with correct port.

Please turn the volume down when plugging the microphone into the USB port, and gradually increase the volume to an ideal level.

Volume up:

Clockwise (Turn right)

Volume down:

Counter-clockwise (Turn left)

Mute:

Counter-clockwise (Turn left to the maximum turning point)

1. Unscrew the threaded metal ring from the microphone, install the pivot mount, and screw the threaded metal ring.

2. Screw the pivot mount on to the top of the metal desk stand.

3. Please swing the microphone clockwise, swing the microphone counterclockwise will damage the pivot mount.

Make sure the front of the microphone points towards your mouth.

1. If necessary, adjust the microphone angle with the pivot mount thumbscrew. (turn left for loosening, turn right for tightening)

2. Screw the threaded metal ring to adjust microphone angle 360^ horizontally.

PLUG & PLAY

Plug the USB cable into the USB port of your computer. Your computer will automatically recognize the USB device and install a driver. The driver will be installed automatically. If the microphone is not picking up sound, please follow the instructions below:

Problem Solution
A computer couldn't identify the USB devices	Please restart a computer and connect the microphone to another USB port.
The microphone is detected but no output of the sound	Make sure that System Sound isn't mute and you haven't set a microphone volume to minimum.
The microphone is detected but no output of the sound after updating Windows 10	To let apps access the microphone, please select Settings>Privacy>Microphone, then turn on Allow apps to access your microphone.
